First time buying from a dealership KORY MCNEALY was very nice. He had greeted me as I walked through the doors and he had the car I came to look at already for me to take it for a test KORY MCNEALY was very nice. He had offered to ride with me and my family in the car to show us around but we polite denied the offer. After we had returned I had ask Kory some questions about the car. Kory did his best to answer my questions about a car he doesn't know a lot about (2015 Cadillac ATS4) which was okay and I didn't expect him to know much about it. He did help me understand somethings about the car, like how to control the functions on the steering wheel. We then went inside and talked about number and what not. At first I had decided to not buy the car on the fact that it doesn't have heated seats. Kory had then told me to wait and he talked to his manager. He came back a few minutes later and told me they would put in one heated seat but i would have to pay the asking price. I contemplated and talked about it to my family. Mean while I did this 4-5 times and every time I asked Kory for a minute he didn't question it or anything. At the end Kory was able to get me two heated seats installed. I'm thankful on how polite and easy Kory had made everything. More

Service with a smile I went to Nissan Hadaad in Pittsfield very skeptical of what I would be able to get. I have a decent amount of student loans but with otherwise very g I went to Nissan Hadaad in Pittsfield very skeptical of what I would be able to get. I have a decent amount of student loans but with otherwise very good credit and several car loans paid off in full without one missed payment. When I arrived I was greeted by one of the salesmen name Christian. He was extremely attentive and friendly. He listened to my all of my questions and concerns and he seemed to be genuinely invested in what I had to say. Needless to say, after test driving a few different vehicle options that met my criteria and running the numbers for my budget, I left one very happy customer. Christian had a great way of identifying my needs based on what I had divulged to him during our encounter. He related to a lot of what I said and made me feel incredibly comfortable, which in my experience is not very common in sales. I will continue to go to Hadaad Nissan for my vehicle needs for the remainder of the time that I’m in New England and will continue to recommend that particular dealership and salesman to anyone I hear talking about purchasing a vehicle in the present or future.
