When I bought my vehicle from this dealer they "threw in" 3 free oil changes. This was my 2nd oil change and I was charged $127. I asked about my remaining free oil changes and they told me I didn't have any 3 free oil changes. This was my 2nd oil change and I was charged $127. I had my time scheduled and it certainly shouldn't have taken 2.5 hours. The service advisor I dealt with was super nice but between the way too long oil change and the empty promises of the sales department I will definitely not be going back to this dealership I also will steer anyone I can away from there.
