My salesperson Abel spoke to tint tech personally and made appt for 9:00 Tues 7/29. I got there a little before 9:00 and was told my service advisor wasn’t there yet and I could wait in the lounge. At 9:20 I had heard from no one. I went back to service area and someone from service shop asked if I had been helped. When I told him what I needed he consulted with a service advisor and I was told Trinity is who I was to see. She was just handing my keys to a service person and I told why I was there. I was told I wasn’t on the schedule. I have no idea why my keys were being handed out. The service person was quite concerned. Trinity was not. Said the tint tech did not come in until 10:00 and left about 2:30. The service person worked with me to get my car in. My husband could come back on Wed at 1:00. My husband pulled up and someone met him and took the keys. My husband asked what he was going to do and he said an oil change. I mean REALLY. The oil had been changed before I bought the car. My husband was told he had to see Trinity. Trinity called me about 2:30 and said they were working on my car. My husband had already been informed that my car was ready. I have two free oil changes with the purchase of my car and I doubt seriously that I will use them. It isn’t worth driving from the Arrowhead area where I have competent and professional people that have taken good care of me and my car. My purchase was a good experience and I was happy!!! But the service and lack there of from the service dept leave a lot to be desired. And no one from the service dept even said they were sorry. More
