It’s easy, time convenient, and you don’t have to wait outside in the sun. There’s been many times where my old car, I had to take it to the mechanic and wanted outside in the summer sun. Aj and the team were able to identify damage to my vehicle that had happened at another oil change company. He personally spoke to their representative and now the cost of repair will be covered by th vehicle that had happened at another oil change company. We want to thank Wisam for the congenial transaction on our certified pre-owned 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL. Very professional. The only disappointing part was that the service department fell short on our certified pre-owned 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL. Very professional. The only disappointing part was that the service department fell short on the certified inspection. As we went to start the car to leave with it, the battery was dead. Upon the service tech testing the battery it was found to be at the end of its useful life. It was the original battery and that should have been a clue that there wasn't much left in it. On the positive side, it was replaced with a new battery (only a 2-yr battery though). There were also three clips missing that held parts in place in the engine compartment near the front. We brought this to their attention when it should have been found during servicing prior to selling. Th service tech who took care of the battery and clips were great. But we think the inspection process is lacking and deserves looking into. This should not have happened. Also, the car had 1,070 more miles on it than the information that was presented to us before and during the sale. This reduces the warranty life by that amount. The dealership facility is clean and inviting. Overall, we are satisfied with the car, our salesman, and the service techs who assisted us. Also, thanks to Scott for the help he provided with some confusion early on. In spite of the shortcomings with the certification inspection, we would try using the service department in the future based on our experience with the techs who took care of the problems mentioned.
