AJ and all of the service advisors and mechanics are outstanding. It’s a dealership so it’s probably more expensive than other places but I have an EVO and would not trust a cheaper shop with my baby. T outstanding. I felt blown off. I came in for a specific review of my battery to check its health and was told it’s not showing codes so it’s not wrong. Then attempted to sell me a 300$ review that would really tell me the health and life of my battery. I don’t understand how 50% battery life on my phev is “normal” on a 4 year old car with 60k miles. Pretty disappointing they wouldn’t do more to troubleshoot or make me a satisfied customer without the upsell. Guess that is how you can behave when you’re the only Mitsubishi dealer in Phoenix. More
