We want to thank Wisam for the congenial transaction on our certified pre-owned 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL. Very professional. The only disappointing part was that the service department fell short on our certified pre-owned 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL. Very professional. The only disappointing part was that the service department fell short on the certified inspection. As we went to start the car to leave with it, the battery was dead. Upon the service tech testing the battery it was found to be at the end of its useful life. It was the original battery and that should have been a clue that there wasn't much left in it. On the positive side, it was replaced with a new battery (only a 2-yr battery though). There were also three clips missing that held parts in place in the engine compartment near the front. We brought this to their attention when it should have been found during servicing prior to selling. Th service tech who took care of the battery and clips were great. But we think the inspection process is lacking and deserves looking into. This should not have happened. Also, the car had 1,070 more miles on it than the information that was presented to us before and during the sale. This reduces the warranty life by that amount. The dealership facility is clean and inviting. Overall, we are satisfied with the car, our salesman, and the service techs who assisted us. Also, thanks to Scott for the help he provided with some confusion early on. In spite of the shortcomings with the certification inspection, we would try using the service department in the future based on our experience with the techs who took care of the problems mentioned. I brought in a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV that I just purchased with around 19000 miles on the odometer. I waited for about two hours and the service advisor AJ Nelson called me up to the service counter and the vehicle was ready. To my surprise AJ informed me since it was my first time servicing the vehicle at the dealership, the oil change was on the house! I was blown away by the hospitality of this dealership.
