I'd like to start with Brianna the front desk receptionist. Pleasantly accommodating by scheduling me an appt the very next day due to my own lack of attention at the late hour near closing when receptionist. Pleasantly accommodating by scheduling me an appt the very next day due to my own lack of attention at the late hour near closing when I just absentmindedly ambled on in as if they were waiting just to see me.( I had a recall update...2 months late) and and luckily Brianna seemed energized even at the end of the day and did not disappoint with a courteous and pleasant demeanor. The next day Ray Garcia my service advisor not only explained the process but also came back to verify my approval before making changes and completely put me at ease and provided me with a list of upcoming service areas of concern. I ended up adding an oil change and actually look forward to visiting again. Very professional but quite familial and comfortable within what I can see is a work culture of consistent training and professional improvement with a hug for good measure. And then towards the end, they gave a Military discount towards my final bill. THEY get it! More

They tried to charge me $514 for warranty work. When I pushed back, all of a sudden it was covered! They would have let me pay them and collected the warranty money. What a scam. I would never buy a car from here. I’ve had nothing but problems. The GM Blake is not a people person and does not treat customers w respect. Stay away. They put a new motor in and my car sat for a month while trying to find the parts. 65,000 miles 2015 and he also said it wasn’t his fault I bought a used car. And why I can’t trade it in. I continued to explain I bought this car w low miles because I thought it was trust worthy. I told him I did not have the money to take out another loan when I have had this car for less than a year. I have dismissed me each time I’ve gone in. He also was completely oblivious to the amount of time I have wasted bringing my car in. Then tried to shake my hand by calling me the wrong name. I refused to shake his hand and he stormed down the hallway at Mitsubishi and slammed his office door. Then minutes later came back in and I continued to express that is not how you treat customers when you’ve been the GM for seven days. Continuously telling my boyfriend and I how much money he lost on deals that day like it was our fault. He offered to pay half a transmission flush because my warranty does not cover it. Eddie the other Manager of services has dealt w me since day one and while the GM was being so rude Eddie shook his head in awe when the GM Blake was speaking. In the end, the GM offered to pay half the cost of the flush. One week later, I receive a call from the tech AJ that the GM is taking his offer back and will not be covering half. I asked why the GM or even Eddie could not convey this message to the customer and why I am receiving this news the day before I was scheduled to have the transmission flushed. I have been targeted and also the offer has been taken off the table due to this new GM personal vendetta because he did not like that I as a female stood my ground and and tired of wasting my time and also money at this dealership for a car I bought from them. The service has been terrible and I am still dealing w the same issue I brought to them a few weeks after purchasing the car. Even after a new motor, my car is still having the same problem it had when I brought it to them before a new motor. All in all, I have never ever been treated so poorly by a car dealership and especially the GM who has been there for seven days. Not a good look and no way to treat people. More
Nothing that I had concerns with was addressed. I had knocking on the right front and left rear however the left front strut was replaced and the issues are still present. Ray was also not very communicative during the process and my vehicle was at the shop for 3 days for a strut in which the part was in stock per Ray. More
