The racist finance department CONSCIOUSLY AND DELIBERATELY reports FALSE, NOT UP TO DATE information to their lenders which cause SIGNIFICANT DELAYS in processing and closing the deal. Even the bank called me, at one point, accusing the dealer of LYING to them. The content of the credit application I submitted to the dealer is vastly DIFFERENT than the application the dealer submitted to the bank. Even after LITERALLY A TWO MONTH deal this dealer FRAUDULENTLY, PURPOSEFULLY WITHHELD MY CREDIT APPLICATION TO THE BANKS CAUSING A VERY HIGH INTEREST RATE and this is AFTER I THREATENED to sue them. When I did, they said we would just “cancel the deal.” More

To be honest, I just think the dealerships are more expensive unnecessarily more expensive so it’s no one person. It’s not the department. I guess they paid workers more, which is good, but I’m on a budget, so . And that’s the only reason I would only give four stars because if the price was right for what you get, I would give five stars very pleased with the work I get with the customer service courtesy, respect, kindness, shown coffee, and control of the remote in the waiting room all appreciated i👏🏽👏🏽kudos. More
