It’s easy, time convenient, and you don’t have to wait outside in the sun. There’s been many times where my old car, I had to take it to the mechanic and wanted outside in the summer sun. Sales person and financial services were great. But management was not helpful or responsive to calls made after sale. Sold us 2018 Dodge grand caravan on 4/4/23. We locked the van while going into the store the next day. Come out to get back into the van and was unable to. The key fob didn't work and there is no key in the fob to unlock the doors. So far it has cost $230 just to unlock the van. I have been calling the dealership and they have not called me back. I have made an appointment to get new keys (key fobs) made. I have no other choice, we can't go anywhere unless we leave the van unlocked. I will be sending you the bills for the keys. I just don't understand how you can sell an automobile that has no keys. And yes I changed the batteries in the fob! What a unprofessional way of doing business! Gina Parker More
Aj and the team were able to identify damage to my vehicle that had happened at another oil change company. He personally spoke to their representative and now the cost of repair will be covered by th vehicle that had happened at another oil change company. I don’t believe it they would have covered the cost if he didn’t go above and beyond to speak with them. Great communication with the customers and keeping them in the loop! More
