Both times I went in for service took longer then quoted. First time was told 1 1/2 hrs to repair. Took 4 hrs. Second time took about five hrs to complete. My service team was great. Same team from when it was Mark and they always do a fantastic job. What wasn’t great was Mario, your sales person who was scouting the service room.
