One of the things I most dread is going to a dealership to do business. But, if everyone at car dealerships were like Edward then I wouldn't rather go to the dentist then a dealership. He was great! I was just going in to service my 2016 Outlander (had no intention on getting a newer vehicle) and I end up leaving with a brand new 2021 Outlander Sport!!! Thanks to Mario P!
