From the minute I entered the door my salesperson greeted me and had the car already pulled up at service. The manager was completely transparent though out the entire transaction and was completely focused on me the entire time I was there. I had a trade in which they were more than fair on what they offered me. The manager also waived all reconditioning and dealer add on fees. When it came time to sign, they accommodated mine and my wife's busy schedule by delivering the car and signing the docs at our home. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service I received here. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership. More
crappiest dealership I have ever felt with purchased a truck on 3-21-19 dealership was told PRIOR to completing purchase that it would be going back to Wisconsin in 3 days. loan would be SHORT purchased a truck on 3-21-19 dealership was told PRIOR to completing purchase that it would be going back to Wisconsin in 3 days. loan would be SHORT TERM. paid vehicle off on 4-4-19. dealership had plated the truck in Arizona since I have an arizona residence. temporary plates issued thru may 5, 2019. CALLED dealership 2 times questioning my plates not being here ( they were given my Wisconsin address at Time of purchase). finally after contacting the arizona DMV and finding out that MARK MITSUBISHI HAD NEVER EVEN DID ANY OF THE PAPERWORK AS OF MAY 1ST!!! I called dealership back AGAIN!! since my temporary plates were expiring on may 5th and I had NOT RECIEVED my regular plates. THEIR EXCUSE WAS ( 1st ) it was out of there hands and up to the state. I Called the STATE and again verified they AGAIN told me that the dealership HAD NEVER completed ANY of the paperwork to transfer the vehicle FROM MARCH 21ST!!! called dealership back and talked with different manager he said that they ALWAYS wait til the last minute. I said that is ridiculous and I have expiring in 3 days temporary plates and NO permenent plates that I should have had A LONG time go!! they finally overnighted some new plates to me but I had to drive on EXPIRED TEMP plate for 4 days due to their lack of expediting paperwork as they should have!! It is now May 20,2019 and I still DO NOT HAVE MY TITLE!! no one will answer my questions they keep pushing me off on someone else!! filing a complaint to you and if there is anyone else that I canned should file with please let me know!! very disgusted with this dealership and the fact that I had to DRIVE ILLEAGLLY do to their negligence !!! More

The best experience ever! I know people usually leave bad reviews, but this one is a blessing! In January 2017, I was in need of a vehicle. I had my eyes and heart set on a Man I know people usually leave bad reviews, but this one is a blessing! In January 2017, I was in need of a vehicle. I had my eyes and heart set on a Manual Mitsubishi Lancer or Eclipse. I filled out an application online and Mich called me and told me that with my trade and 1k down I could have what I wanted. My wants were: Bluetooth audio/hands-free calling, manual transmission, remote entry, and alarm. Well, the only thing on the list I didn't receive was manual transmission! Instead I got tinted windows (a must in AZ), my favorite car color, back up cam, a spoiler, and fog lights (monsoon season must). Not only that it was BRAND NEW! My credit isn't great at all, but was able to lock in a price that was affordable. Mich, is definitely one of the greatest PEOPLE on staff. The con of this story is my alert on my digital screen has always said "low-tire pressure" since I drove it off the lot. I did notice there wasn't NO2 in the tire, so I figured it may just be air in there and it would fluctuate. When it did not, I went to the service department and they said there was a nail in my tire (which I checked for due to construction at my workplace), but even so I let them know before I drove off the lot that was an issue. They still wanted me to replace the tire. Overall, I had the BEST purchasing experience here and they were super patient with my trade-in. More

I purchased the vehicle I originally went to mark mitsubishi to check out a 2012 Subaru wrx that they had for sale in the first week of February 2016. I purchased the vehicle and didnt know multiple hidden issues where present, I took the vehicle back within 7 days of purchase and they refused to cancel my agreement and take the vehicle back. Eventually they told me they trade it back for a base model lancer 2015 charging full price when it's the previous years model. I didn't have to much time I lived far away, they put me in a new vehicle but the receipts have no descriptions of what I paid for. The sales associates didn't seem to want to help me out. All I wanted is to be satisfied with my purchase, now I'm stuck with a car Im not satisfied with or didn't want originally. The associates clearly where trying to lock me into the sale and didn't ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. More
