At 71 I have purchased many vehicles for myself and family members from all types of sellers, private and commercial but this purchase was the best ever. After researching what we wanted for about three months, we decided on a Kia Soul from Bell Road Mitsubishi from the Cargurus' website. Arrangements were made through the website to meet with a dealer salesperson. On the appointed day we arrived at the dealership for a test drive. After the test drive was finished we sat down with our salesperson, Wisam Khaleefa, and sales manager, Jason Russell. Arrived at a deal quickly, filled out the paperwork for our trade-ins and met with finance manager, Laurence Ortiz, to finalize the paperwork. The next day we arrived to pick up our "new to us" car. We turned in the keys for our trades and were handed a key to our new Kia Soul. The only after sale issue was a second electronic key which was provided by the dealership's contracted locksmith, quickly and efficiently. Overall our sales team and after sale support have been excellent. We would highly recommend Bell Road Mitsubishi! More
