Great service, fast, and they addressed all my concerns. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. I would have given five stars, but I paid $15.00 for a tire rotation and don't believe my tires were rotated. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. The front drivers side has a very small nail in it that never punctured the tire, so I never removed it. After I got home I realized that the tire with that nail was still on the front drivers side. The deal went fine it was getting our windshield tint taking care of that was the problem. Supposed to call us on monday and didn't, so I called tuesday, he said I was on the list to take care of , no c taking care of that was the problem. Supposed to call us on monday and didn't, so I called tuesday, he said I was on the list to take care of , no call back ,so I texted Wednesday, he said we could come in. So I did ,said it would take an hour ,after 3 hours I called service ,they said they would have them call, 2 hours later I called and finally they said it had been ready for 2 hours but the sales guy who they gave the key to thought it was the trade in key so he put it away. Needless to say we never got the call that my car was ready. Not happy with the service More
