Service sucked, communication poor. Sales person Greg C. Did not follow through with the deal to get the repairs done. I took off work early one day because Yahaira says I can go any day before 6pm. I was down the street only to be told by AJ she didn’t leave then anything or the loaner vehicle that was promised. Then had the audacity to tell me I wouldn’t get a loaner if I didn’t show up. I made it clear I’m very busy with work and work in a Tempe. Rude. AJ wasn’t at all any help when I spoke to him over the phone either. More

Greg Carey did an amazing job of helping us find our car. He was very patient and let us test drive multiple cars until we found the perfect Volkswagen Jetta. We ended up applying right after we knew we wanted it and drove the car right off the lot a few hours later. We were amazed at how easy Greg and the dealership made everything. Greg called us the very next morning to see how we liked our purchase, which was a pleasant surprise. He has been extremely helpful and caring. I only have amazing things to say and I would recommend buying a car from Bell Road Mitsubishi. More
