Edward Himes is extremely professional even under adverse situations. The dealership made multiple errors with our transaction including finance, payoff and title application. Unfortunately, it did not seem like other dealership employees had the same commitment to ensuring that transactions were completed accurately and ethically. Bell Road Mitsubishi should value Ed's excellent customer service as he is the only reason that I did not file a complain with Mitsubishi corporate and Arizona Office of Investigator General. More
