From talking to the internet sales rep to talking to the manager only the manager knew what he was talking about. When I went back s*** was reneged.... And had to go to the program if that was being offered manager only the manager knew what he was talking about. When I went back s*** was reneged.... And had to go to the program if that was being offered thankfully Brendan was really awesome and knowledgeable about what was actually going on unlike David who gave me a deal said he was trying to get it down and then when I went back on Monday to follow up it was now I need the cosigner... So overall it was a really good experience with Brendan but I feel that your sales reps and such need more knowledge on how s*** works not the sound disrespectful because I am really thankful for the time that Brendan took out to get s*** straight. And to emphasize I would recommend Brendan because he's probably the only reason I was retained as a customer so I had other deals ready elsewhere but I didn't want to deal with all the b******* so without Brendan you would probably lose a lot of customers More
