David Norris was sensational to get us in to Bell Road Mitsubishi ,from our first phone call. He sent us many emails of vehicles we might be interested in and really did his job probably knowing that only Mitsubishi ,from our first phone call. He sent us many emails of vehicles we might be interested in and really did his job probably knowing that only a small percentage will actually come in because they are searching all over the internet. His work truly got our attention and when we called back he was so kind without pressure. He said that if we wanted to stop by he would have the vehicles ready for us to see and test drive. 24 hours later we called him and set up an appointment. He was true on his words! Not intending to buy our first day of shopping, after meeting him and his staff and how they cared for us, we negotiated to get a great deal! Thank you David! More
