We drove 500 miles to see a car we had identified online. Sam met us as we arrived at the dealership, had the car washed, running and the A/C cooling it down. Service sucked, communication poor. Sales person Greg C. Did not follow through with the deal to get the repairs done. Kept telling me he was waiting for the loan to fund even after I already got my bill a Did not follow through with the deal to get the repairs done. I took off work early one day because Yahaira says I can go any day before 6pm. I was down the street only to be told by AJ she didn’t leave then anything or the loaner vehicle that was promised. Then had the audacity to tell me I wouldn’t get a loaner if I didn’t show up. I made it clear I’m very busy with work and work in a Tempe. Rude. AJ wasn’t at all any help when I spoke to him over the phone either. More
