So we purchased a new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander, the sales guy Samuel told us it had options on it that it didn't actually have. (The Bose sound system, welcome led kit and dynamic led shield kit.) The car was not on-site so we didn't actually get to see it in person and was just going off what the sales guy said it had. So the car gets delivered to my house and it doesn't have those options I was told it had. Ironically I get a call from Eddie asking how everything is with the car and I voiced my concerns and he said he would try to help me out. Basically come to find out there are no cars that actually have the options like he said. Eddie then told me the led kits were available to purchase but told me mitsubishi doesn't want to pay for it and I'm xxxx out of luck. Well ok then.....thanks. More

Brought in vehicle for oil change and 15,000 mile service. Had a coupon from Mitsubishi for a discounted oil change that I made sure to give the service rep at the beginning. When I received the bi service. Had a coupon from Mitsubishi for a discounted oil change that I made sure to give the service rep at the beginning. When I received the bill the oil change was not discounted and was double the price that was listed on the file. Brought this up and had to wait a while when they went back to see why the coupon was not included in the costing. Mentioned that there were some problems with the electric plug cover and that it was loose and giving an alert during turns that the cover was open at times. Report said they adjusted the door striker to correct the issue. Arrived home, plugged in the vehicle and when I removed the plug and went to close the lid realized that it was now looser and the cover was popping open constantly now. When I returned home and opened the cover fully the tension clamp completely popped off and now their is a constant alert that the cover is open. The cover will also sometimes now pop open and start giving an audio alert around the car that the cover is opened. The service to have a standard part fixed is unacceptable. Previous Mitsubishi dealerships would wash the car upon completion of service while this one did not. The only reason this is not a one star is due to the person at the front desk to assisted with trying to resolve the billing issues for the service. it would also be nice if like other Mitsubishi dealerships used to have would be an estimate of service costs for the standard maintenances.
