Have not received the vehicle as this was an internet purchase, but paperwork has been submitted. My only complaint, they added on reconditioning costs that amounted to quite a bit - so not sure if they mark the vehicle down just to add this back. I almost hesitated in acquiring on this basis but it looks like a great vehicle for the price ... I have shopped for several months and due to the current market situation pulled the trigger. More

I have always had a good experience at the service department who has cared for my Outlander Sport since 2018. I recently traded it in for a new Outlander Sport, and decided to get a new one after hav department who has cared for my Outlander Sport since 2018. I recently traded it in for a new Outlander Sport, and decided to get a new one after having met John Bonasera. He introduced us to the 2022, and spent time with us, even though we would not buy at that time. When I decided to get a new one, I wanted the Outlander Sport model of 2021. John went out of his way and found a white one in CA that he brought home for me to buy. I am so grateful for the car and the experience, and hope to have many more years with service at this dealer ship. Thank you!! More
