We had a great experience buying our new car at Bell Road Mitsubishi. I submitted an email inquiry on a car I was interested in and was surprised to receive a call from Chris within minutes. We went in for a Mitsubishi. I submitted an email inquiry on a car I was interested in and was surprised to receive a call from Chris within minutes. We went in for a test drive the next day and drove off their lot with a new car within three hours. Unfortunately, they did not have the color we wanted and had to go with our second option, but Chris did what he could to get us a good deal to make up for this. Chris and Elmo (finance) we’re great to work with. If anything, we disagree with extra costs added over MSRP. Dealers would typically give you a discount off MSRP, but due to current inventory shortages, they are marking up cars over MSRP. We really needed a new car and waiting was not an option for us. Although they knocked off 60% of extra charges originally added, it would have been ideal if the advertised price would have been honored! If you are in the market for a new car, we recommend waiting if you can. This should pass and car prices will return to normal; otherwise, expect to pay over MSRP. More
