I didn't pay close enough attention to the numbers and they got me. On the "offer sheet" they said they were giving me more than I owed for my trade in, and taking 2500 off the purchase price. You guys are sneaky. On the actual contract they changed the trade in allowance to about 3k less than the original offer. They suck you in with the monthly payment, and then bait and switch the other numbers in the contract. Sam also told me that the vehicle had just gotten ceramic tint installed. There isn’t an inch of tint on this car. It’s all factory. I'm really disappointed, because both of the guys I dealt with were really nice and not overly pushy about anything. I even bought the warranty and you still did what you did. Shame on me for a lack of diligence. Shame on you for your deceptiveness. More
