Tony was actually cool, easy to deal with, and friendly. When we found some things that needed attention on the vehicle we were looking at, Tony worked with us to make my purchase perfect! I am extremely pleased with this experience (NEVER thought I’d say THAT about buying a new vehicle)! Quite honestly, Tony was a rockstar and I would (and have) recommended him already. As far as the service department-that was a little more challenging. Once I actually got hold of someone to service my new vehicle (several calls that either were dropped, or not returned promptly = hence the 4 starts), Ryne took great care of me. I did not wait long to drop off my vehicle, had my loaner quickly, and upon pick-up=no waiting at all. Overall, I am highly satisfied. I LOVE my new vehicle, Tony made good on everything he said, and Ryne took great care of me in service. Tony - when my kids need their cars- I’m coming your way! ;) More

4 attempts to fixed windshield rear cover.
