I went in for routine maintenance- and an oil change. It cost me nothing and they found the paddle shifters weren't working properly and fixed the issue. It was still under warranty! My vehicle was initially at your dealership for approximately one week for a transmission replacement, which cost nearly $8,000. At the time of the original diagnostic, no engine-related issues wer approximately one week for a transmission replacement, which cost nearly $8,000. At the time of the original diagnostic, no engine-related issues were reported. However, just one day after the transmission repair was completed, my vehicle displayed engine issues that had not previously been identified. I immediately brought the vehicle back to the dealership, where it remained for another week. During this time, I experienced significant difficulty receiving updates or communication, despite multiple attempts to obtain answers. Eventually, I was informed that an additional repair was needed for the EVAP canister at a cost of $1,300. I am concerned that this issue was not identified during the original diagnostic, especially given the extent and cost of the initial repair. Additionally, the lack of timely communication throughout this process has been frustrating and unprofessional. More

Over my many years I have purchased many vehicles for business and personal use over the past 60 years. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered.
