Bell Mitsubishi - Service Center

Since my husband and I arrived at the dealership early in the morning everyone was very pleasant and nice to us. We were assisted as soon as we got there and we were offered fresh coffee while we waited. Nel the morning everyone was very pleasant and nice to us. Even though we did not interact with the mechanic much (Rob Wallace) it gave me and my husband the confidence that he was doing a thorough job since he found things that my previous mechanic did not bring to my attention. After we waited and they serviced the car, Nelson wanted to make sure things were clear and showed us what needed to be repaired in the car, including the inner tie rod that nobody cared to bring it to my attention while I was risking my life on the road. We will absolutely come back to this dealership on my next visit, and will pass the word to my friends to try it out and hopefully they will experience the outstanding service i received on this visit.
