I can count on Dominick's years of experience and honesty. . We own two vehicles manufactured by Mitsubishi. An Outlander and Endeavor. They are both 2007. Bell has been servicing our vehicles ever since we purchased them. We've had nothing but impeccable service by them. 2014 my husband made up his mind to trade-in is Outlander for a late model Montero. The main feature he needed about the Montero is the height, easier for him to get in and out of the vehicle. Plus he likes that style. He didn't luck up locating a Montero within eight months. He settled getting a vehicle similar to it, the Nissan Xterra 2011. He's very please with it. The dealership where we bought this car said you have seven days to test it out. I drove the car. Real nice drive but, did not feel secure with the brakes. The car stops fine. When press on the brake pedal it would go a little too close to the floor to bring it to a full stop. I was petrified . My husband said let's take it to Bell to have them check it out . I called Dominick, Service Manager told him we bought an Xterra and would want an overhaul inspection done on it. He said bring it in. His team did the inspection . They found that the vehicle is in need of oil change, replace rear brakes they are rusty, brake pulsation coming from front rotors, resurface the front rotors and change the wiper blades they are squeaky. We went back to the dealership where we bought the vehicle. Presented them the inspection list done by Bell. They complied. I drove the the vehicle when the car was completed of repairs. the breaks still didn't feel satisfactory to me. I called Dominick the next day telling him I don't feel any difference with the brakes. He said bring the car back he would check it over . I called my husband and told him to take the car back to Bell when you're done with your errands . Dominic gave it a test drive and he says that he can feel that the brakes have been serviced. Now I am convinced my mind is at peace. Continue the great work. J & N Hall Roselle, NJ More
Rim/tire repair Initially went to have my car looked at due to a bent rim, and later found out that my tire had to be replaced as well. I dealt with Cory Lyman during the initial visit, as well as the final visit to finally complete all the repair work, and both times he was extremely helpful, patient, fair and kind in resolving my issue. I dealt with someone different during my second visit which was not as positive, but because of Cory I had a good overall experience dealing with the service department - thank you so much Cory! More

Terrible service department! They make up their own maintenance schedule and overcharge for all maintenance items they do (at unscheduled intervals). It’s unfortunate that all car dealer service depar maintenance schedule and overcharge for all maintenance items they do (at unscheduled intervals). It’s unfortunate that all car dealer service departments get the reputation for ripping you off, because of dealers like this one. In addition to performing unnecessary service and overcharging, they are also extremely slow. I was the first person there and was told 2 to 2.5 hours or maybe less and instead waited 4 hours. Do yourself a favor and service your car elsewhere. More
Dominic was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful I would most definitely recommend Belle Mitsubishi! All too often we find ourselves at the mercy of auto mechanics. Not knowing what is wrong with the vehicle leaves you at a distinct disadvantage, Dominik explained everything that was necessary. A rental car was included, the repair was fast and my car was even washed! Keep up good good work and give Dominc a much deserved pat on the back! I will be back. More
I took my 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander to be serviced for it's 2 year anniversary and I have to say I am very pleased with the experience I got. I was holding off on making my appointment because I knew that it's 2 year anniversary and I have to say I am very pleased with the experience I got. I was holding off on making my appointment because I knew that the 2014 Outlander's were coming in sometime this month and I wanted to see one in person. After emailing Brittany Sanders on Thursday June 6th, she told me they would be in tomorrow. So I booked my service appointment for June 10th at 11:30 a.m. and after I got settled in with the service department, a salesman named Quentin Washington was very nice enough to give me a personal tour of the 2014 Outlander. After seeing it, I was very impressed with not only the car, but Quentin as well. From a previous post on this site, you will notice that I saw Matthew Zezza, the salesman who sold me my Outlander. Today, he was there again and was asking me how my car was, how my family was, etc. He has always been really nice to me whenever I come back to get my car serviced. Finally, Giselle Sojos made my service experience so easy. I just informed her what I was there for, explained something I needed them to look at, and then I hung out until my car was ready. Everyone that I mentioned makes the Bell Mitsubishi team very strong and I always look forward to going there to get my car serviced. I do miss the whiteboard with my name on it welcoming me to the dealership. Please bring it back. Keep up the great work Bell Mitsubishi. You guys rock. More
So far I have leased 2 Outlanders from Bell Mitsubishi and I can assure you it will be the last one I lease. The service department is very bad. I have been told on a few separate occasions that I will g and I can assure you it will be the last one I lease. The service department is very bad. Then when I do call back to follow up on my issue, the service department acts like this is the first time I called. They are very unprofessional. More
Since my husband and I arrived at the dealership early in the morning everyone was very pleasant and nice to us. We were assisted as soon as we got there and we were offered fresh coffee while we waited. Nel the morning everyone was very pleasant and nice to us. We were assisted as soon as we got there and we were offered fresh coffee while we waited. Nelson Barreto went out of his way to accommodate our needs and help us with the issues that we had. Even though we did not interact with the mechanic much (Rob Wallace) it gave me and my husband the confidence that he was doing a thorough job since he found things that my previous mechanic did not bring to my attention. After we waited and they serviced the car, Nelson wanted to make sure things were clear and showed us what needed to be repaired in the car, including the inner tie rod that nobody cared to bring it to my attention while I was risking my life on the road. We will absolutely come back to this dealership on my next visit, and will pass the word to my friends to try it out and hopefully they will experience the outstanding service i received on this visit.
