They try, I have no problem with the people, just the way they conduct business. First time I was here for service, they did brakes and drive belt, I specifically made this second appointment so I could wait they conduct business. First time I was here for service, they did brakes and drive belt, I specifically made this second appointment so I could wait a few hours not 5. I had to come back again for a wheel alignment. This appointment I was sure would be better than the last one, we’re going on 3 hours and apparently there is a few hours left for an alignment. Not happy. More

Very dissatisfying service! ! Told them to do tire rotation and oil change, I'm not sure about oil change but tire rotation they 100% did not do whatsoever, but still charged me ! I know they did not do it because I have marked all my tires differently and they were in the same place as before the service. I tried calling them and asked for some type of proof that they did it ( like photos or a video of service) but they refused to give it for this service or any future ones, even though most dealers do this nowadays. I hope they did my oil change because they still left the old sticker with the mileage from a past service. Do not recommend them, I recommend finding somebody who does photos or videos of service. More

This is the nicest and most stand up service department I have come across. Just honest work and extremely polite. I drive over an hour to have my outlander sport serviced here and there are other Mitsubishi have come across. Just honest work and extremely polite.
