I had been looking for a dealership that had a ralliart that was in my price range and trade in my white gts lancer. Ryan was an amazing help getting me the price I wanted as well as all the help. I had my own issues trying to get the car dealing with insurance and what not but Ryan made it happen. If you are looking for a sales person who understands your needs, listens and supports what you want a 100% def ask for him Ryan in sales. He was able to trade in my gts lancer and pay all of it off to get me a 2009 ralliart. This dealership is about 2 hours away from my house and I totally recommend this dealership and Ryan to anyone who is looking to buy a new car! More
I live down in VA and performed an internet search for a Mitsubishi EVO X in white which is a popular color and therefore a little harder to find in my experience. Bell Mitsubishi came up in the search but Mitsubishi EVO X in white which is a popular color and therefore a little harder to find in my experience. Bell Mitsubishi came up in the search but was far from being the closest. After calling the dealers that were closer and found that they did not update their internet listings, I gave Bell a call. I spoke with their internet salesman, Albert Chak. He had the car that I wanted in his showroom. He quoted me a price that was lower than invoice. I told him that I "was interested" which soon turned to "I will buy that car". He offered to pick me up from either the airport or train station if I chose to take either of those. I also asked for photos of the car, which was in the showroom. He sent me many detailed photos from all different types of angles. Albert was good in getting forms faxed to me and confirmed he had everything needed to conclude the sale. A couple of evenings before I was to head up to purchase the vehicle I spoke to Albert to let him know how I would be coming up. During the conversation we talked about how many EVOs his dealership orders and he mentioned he just received a truck with more of them the night before. I sheepishly asked if a white EVO in the same trim was on that truck. He said "let me check and I'll call you back!" Sure enough, there was and I asked if he could sell me that one since it was pristine off the truck still in it's protective plastic wrap. He replied "Sure!". He added that it had wheel locks as an option, something I'm not a fan of since I remove the wheels often. I asked if I could get 4 regular lugs to replace the locking lugs. He came up with 4 standard lugs in addition to the locking lugs. I asked that the car not be washed or prepped since I would do it myself. He honored those wishes too and the car was exactly how I wanted it, untouched off of the truck. The parts dept was also very friendly in selling some parts to me at a very good price. There were no surprises with this car sale. It was a great time and everyone I had a conversation with were friendly and happy to talk. I would buy another car from this dealership in an instant. Coming from abroad, being a young woman and buying my first car I was really worried about dealerships trying to sell me a lemon as I don’t know much in mechanic. From the moment I walked in Bell Mitsubishi, Albert and Mathew took care of me. First of all I have to say that I spent many evenings searching for my car and Bell Mitsubishi is the cleanest dealership I’ve ever seen. Maybe it doesn’t matter for most people but I believe the way the place you work at look like has an impact on how people work, and the quality of the service they will provide to customers. Then they really listened to my needs, didn’t try to push me to buy a car, didn’t ask hundred times when I will get the money to pay for the car I wanted to buy. Most dealerships I went to were really pushy and made me feel uncomfortable. I never felt that way at Bell Mitsubishi. I definitely found out what I was looking for at Bell Mitsubishi: professionalism, friendliness and a real customer service. For all these reasons, plus the fact that I got a limited lifetime warranty on my used car engine plus a 24 hours a day 7 days a week road assistance for free as my tires are filled with nitrogen, this is where I bought my first car. And so far I am really glad about it. More

[**UPDATE: I received a call from the owner of Bell Mitsubishi and the entire matter was very professionally resolved within 10 days when the advertised vehicle became available for me to see after bumper repair was completed. In essence, I did see the SUV and it appeared to be quite a deal, although I did not purchase it. ] I called on a Saturday morning at 9:26 a.m. and I spoke to Ryan about an SUV Just Listed on the Internet on Thursday or Friday for sale. Ryan informed me that the car was right outside and still available, so I inquired about their exact location and directions. I had to make a stop before going and I called again at 10:25 a.m. because I was not familiar with the area. I arrived at the dealership at 11:45 a.m. and immediately met with Ryan who took my information and went to get the keys. A minute later he came back apologizing that the SUV had been taken to the shop for detailing and would not be back until Tuesday or Wednesday. However, he claimed he could show me the inside of a more recent model of the same SUV. I already was quite annoyed because Ryan could have alerted me at any time not to come, before I wasted my $3/gallon gas to see a vehicle that was not there! Nonetheless, I walked outside and looked inside of the newer SUV at twice the price of the one I had gone to see, and Ryan promised he would contact me as soon as the SUV I wanted to see was returned to the dealership. Needless to say, I did not hear from Ryan by Wednesday and the SUV I wanted is no longer advertised, probably because it never existed, although a newer more expensive model was there!! BEWARE OF A TRUE BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM or, better yet, stay away! More
Love this dealership. Was looking for a used Dodge Ram in the NJ/PA area and luckily enough stumbled upon this dealership. Had gone to a few others before that were playing games and trying to use the bait and switch tactic, and other sleazy games car dealers can play, but at Bell everything was so easy. I worked with the dealer even before I step foot on the lot to make sure they were not about the games either, and they were honest and straightforward. When I arrived on the lot the truck was ready to go, so we took a test drive, and I was happy with the car, so we can back to sign the paperwork, work out the financing and completed all this work in a matter of a couple hours (as they took the car to get detailed for about 1 hr). Overall extremely pleasant visit, staff was very courteous and experienced. Never once did they try to add or hide any information from the buying process. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for both new and used cars. You will not be disappointed in the least. More

I went to many dealers that gave me false hope and promises. At Bell Mitsubushi,I did not have have to worry about anything of that sort, Jim, the owner of Bell Mitsubushi, gave me advice, did a phone consultation, calculate senarios that can occur, and let me know first hand if the deal is possible or not. The representatives at Bell Mitsubushi did not give me the run-a-around or make false promises. They were very diligent in returning phone calls and answering questions. Bell Mitsubushi tries to the best of their ability to make the financial apsect as affordable as possible. When no other dealer could get the loan, Bell Mitsubushi sent emails, called and fought to the end get the loan. Bell Mitsubushi had me jumping for joy and gave me the hope that anything is possible. I also wanted to point out that Bell Mitsubushi is very fair and honest. They give you beyond fair vehicle apprasial without an arguement. For the first time, I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of, pushed or forced around, or even treated out of the way. Instead, I felt comforted, secured, and the feeling or honesty surrounded me. Every contract and piece of paper that was signed was explained in dept. When I left the Bell Mitsubushi dealership, every question was answered, patients was was offered from every person I dealt with, and adequate time was spent with me. Also,many follow up calls were made to me to ensure my satisifaction and to make sure I had no other questions. I highly recommend Bell Mitsubushi dealership when buying a car. This has been one of the best auto shopping experiences of my life. I walked into the Bell Mitsubishi Dealership and was greeted by Don and Carlos Pinheiro. I asked about a used Nissan on their lot. They i of my life. I walked into the Bell Mitsubishi Dealership and was greeted by Don and Carlos Pinheiro. I asked about a used Nissan on their lot. They immediately got the keys and showed me the car. I made them an offer and they had me test drive the car. We returned to the dealership and walked into the office. They made me feel very comfortable, during the purchase of my 2008 Nissan Maxima. There were no pressure's, hassle's or gimmicks during the complete transaction of my used car. We sat down, worked out the numbers and a while later, I was driving away. I will defintely recommend this dealership to everyone, wheter you are looking to purchase a new or used car. The sales team are very professional and honest. If your serious about purchasing a car, they will do everything possible so that you could drive away with your purchase of your new or used car.
