I can not recommend this dealership more! We worked with Pat, Albert and Matt but the entire staff took interest in my family and this made my wife and i feel very comfortable. Walked my wife and I through the paperwork, gave us a very low pressure figure and only once did he ask us what we wanted to do. We a very long time to make up our minds but Pat and the good people were very, very accommodating. I had originally contacted Albert via the internet and he put me in contact with Pat to arrange a meeting and test drive. The car was ready to drive when we arrived at the dealership, Albert met us and introduced us to Pat. I drove the car with Pat while my wife stayed with our two young sons (9m and 2y.) Pat took me out for 15mins and I drove the car on every conceivable road in the area and Pat was very patient as I tried all of the cars features. My wife says that she feels uncomfortable driving with car salesmen and often feels that they ignore her to drive a deal with me. Pat was a gentleman and took time to show the cars features to my wife. The price of the car was very fair and Pat and Matt worked to get us 1.9% financing even though the car was used. My final thought is that if you do not give these guys a shot at your business before you buy a car then you missing a no BS group who I feel will give you a fair price and no pressure negotiations. More

So far I have leased 2 Outlanders from Bell Mitsubishi and I can assure you it will be the last one I lease. The service department is very bad. I have been told on a few separate occasions that I will g and I can assure you it will be the last one I lease. The service department is very bad. Since my husband and I arrived at the dealership early in the morning everyone was very pleasant and nice to us. Even though we did not interact with the mechanic much (Rob Wallace) it gave me and my husband the confidence that he was doing a thorough job since he found things that my previous mechanic did not bring to my attention. After we waited and they serviced the car, Nelson wanted to make sure things were clear and showed us what needed to be repaired in the car, including the inner tie rod that nobody cared to bring it to my attention while I was risking my life on the road. We will absolutely come back to this dealership on my next visit, and will pass the word to my friends to try it out and hopefully they will experience the outstanding service i received on this visit. The sales people at this dealership were friendly and attentive. From the time I walked in with my wife they were very nice and treated us with respect and we really felt like we could trust them.
