Sorry that we dropped the ball on Friday when you called. We should have been able to address your concerns about your aftermarket DVD player that day. Thankfully, the installer was able to go down to Brick Township to replace the unit so you didn't have to drive up to Rahway. Kindly, please let us know that this has resolved the issue.
