Rim/tire repair Initially went to have my car looked at due to a bent rim, and later found out that my tire had to be replaced as well. I dealt with Cory Lyman dur Initially went to have my car looked at due to a bent rim, and later found out that my tire had to be replaced as well. I dealt with Cory Lyman during the initial visit, as well as the final visit to finally complete all the repair work, and both times he was extremely helpful, patient, fair and kind in resolving my issue. I dealt with someone different during my second visit which was not as positive, but because of Cory I had a good overall experience dealing with the service department - thank you so much Cory! More

There was no question he was unwilling to answer, and he really went the extra mile to make sure I was driving away with the car and options I was looking for at the best possible value. When I spoke with him about a car purchase, I gave him my list of specifications about a car. He gave choices that fit precisely into what i was looking for. Many times dealers try to oversell, or show you things outside of your specs in order to make you pay more. Not this dealer/saleman. This was not the best part of my experience with Quentin. After I had purchased the vehicle I wanted, I had a few issues, namely, the rental car return, and a new registration card (out of state red tape). Quentin did everything in his power to overcome multiple obstacles to ensure that these things were taken care of for me, and that the entire experiences was more or less care-free for me (keeping me in the loop about the progress). A lot of times dealers are done with you once you buy the car and aren't interested in you until you need a new one. Quentin's tenacity in solving these issues shows his ability to put the customer first, and manage the entire car purchasing experience for the customer. I'd wish him luck in his future encounters with customers, but the guy doesn't need it: he clearly understands the car buying process from the costumer's perspective. Thanks Q More

Found the Evo I wanted I was helped by an awesome guy named Quentin. I first met him earlier this year at the dealer asking about the Evo 10, after like four to five months I was helped by an awesome guy named Quentin. I first met him earlier this year at the dealer asking about the Evo 10, after like four to five months of feeling undecided about weather or not to get the Evo. I came back and told him to find me a Rally Red one. I knew it was a hard find because of the rarity of the color. However, Quentin managed to find one and got it, and the best part is. He surprised me with the Evo. A surprise which I'll never forget and I thank him for everything he's done for me. More
