We initially tried to work with a dealer closer to us but they would not meet their advertised prices. Neil just says the deal on the paper is the deal. No surprises, no backdoor discussions to ask the manager, no secret handshakes. Neil was very straightforward in dealing with us. He was able to do a lot of paperwork prior to our appointment. Outlander was prepped and fully charged (yes!!!) when we arrived. He showed us the features. Ira L got us through the finance part quickly. And James H helped with our license plates (he went above and beyond). I kept having to remind myself that we were dealing with a Mitsubishi dealer because we felt like we were at a fancy European dealership. We've been spreading the word about Bell Mitsubishi since we're involved in many electric car, hybrid and green initiative groups. Very highly recommended! More
