Amazing and helpful! Matt was so helpful with finding us a new car! We had originally come to see another car that was on the lot but it had just been sold the day before! Having had several poor experiences with other dealerships, I had become jaded to say the least. Bell has restored my faith in the car buying process. My sales consultant, Don, was top notch and was completely transparent with me through the entire process. He went above and beyond to ensure I could experience the 2015 Lancer Evolution FE as thoroughly as possible prior to committing to the purchase. Once the details were worked out I also had the pleasure of working with Neil - he spent as much time talking to me about my background as he did the vehicle purchase and really made the process feel genuine. Just when you start to think all dealerships are the same you discover one like Bell Mitsubishi. Thanks for restoring the faith! More

Disappointed My experience base on the fact that I am also a sales person. In one word, my sales person Stevet Ortiz was conscientious. Wonderful person, he kept in touch with me through the entire process, he was cordial, accommodating, and made me feel like a valued client, he was definitely client before commission. I give him five stars. My three star rating is base on my experience with management, I will not signal out anyone, but he/they ruin what was suppose to be a happy experience for my daughters who came with me to pick up the new vehicle I purchased, they were excited and looked forward to being there as we purchase and drive away in our new vehicle. Instead I left the dealership with three sad and disappointed kids. Management did a lousy job making us feel valued, never came over to even say hello to us. We did leave with a new vehicle that evening, but I felt disrespected and sad that they would treat client with such level of unfairness. Stevet, being the conscientious person he is tried his best to be helpful, and I appreciate and thank him for that. Work with him, he is great. More
