I still look at other dealerships at times when I am looking for a new vehicle. I keep finding the best sales and service with Bell-McCall. I enjoy the fact that the dealership still gives a friendly small town feel that is lost in large dealerships. These large dealerships have a huge overhead in cost, since they have new buildings, a huge inventory and other expenses to pay for along with paying all of those employees. So those expenses quite often are handled with the customer having to also help pay the cost of that new car or truck. I have had very good success on buying through Neil Miller at Bell-McCall. The service department has been very good in keeping my vehicles running well and I have had much less problems then when I have had my vehicles serviced at other locations. More

Worth the drive into the Missoula Poor customer service. Ownership does not want to take responsibility. There is no extra mile.
