Took my car for it's 100K service, and look forward to many more miles of trouble free operation. I have been working with Steve Emery for the last few years, and he always does a great job of taking to many more miles of trouble free operation. I have been working with Steve Emery for the last few years, and he always does a great job of taking care of my cars. He keeps me informed about the required service, and lets me make the decision of which repairs are urgent and which repairs can be done in the future. The costs for work at the dealership may not be the least expensive, but I know that if I have issues later that I will have someone that will correct the problem without a hassle. I highly recommend Steve Emery and Bell Honda Service. More
I was attempting to replace a worn-out door lock cylinder on a 2003 Civic LX, and Kevin and Debbie took time out of their busy days on three separate occasions to answer my technical questions, even though I on a 2003 Civic LX, and Kevin and Debbie took time out of their busy days on three separate occasions to answer my technical questions, even though I had no appointment. Phil in the Service Dept. came in on his day off to help re-key the new lock cylinder and install it in the driver's door. I consider this service to be "above and beyond" on the part of all three individuals. More
Steve works extremely efficiently. Whenever there is an issue w/my vehicle, I call him and he makes sure I can get an appointment as quickly as possible. On my last visit, 2/13/14, I came in to have my ba issue w/my vehicle, I call him and he makes sure I can get an appointment as quickly as possible. On my last visit, 2/13/14, I came in to have my battery replaced. Steve made sure that a technician had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. That is certainly one of the main reasons why I keep coming back for service over and over again. I highly recommend Steve Emery as a top Service Writer. More

I have been coming to Bell Honda for 4 years, although I have purchased my Hondas elsewhere in the Valley. George Haslerig is by far the best Honda Service Advisor I have ever dealt with. He is professiona have purchased my Hondas elsewhere in the Valley. George Haslerig is by far the best Honda Service Advisor I have ever dealt with. He is professional, courteous and goes the extra mile for the customer. The "other" major dealership in the Phoenix area does not have advisors of this quality. I can count on George to be fair and honest in his recommendations. When I go search for my 5th Honda, I will be starting at Bell Honda. Kudos to George, the service dept. staff and the shuttle service drivers. Great experience last time as usual! More
I'm not a huge fan of the sales department, but the service dept. is top notch. I've been dealing with them since 2007, and with George Haslerig for several years. George is wonderful to work with and service dept. is top notch. I've been dealing with them since 2007, and with George Haslerig for several years. George is wonderful to work with and I always feel that I'm getting the straight scoop on what's going on. His time estimates are almost always right, and he keeps me posted with status reports when I have to wait. Most important of all, he tells me what's a "must do" and what can be put off to the next visit. More
I've written many online reviews but I honestly cannot say enough good about the service I received from the people at Bell Honda. The Reader's Digest version - I have a Honda hybrid that needed a new IMA say enough good about the service I received from the people at Bell Honda. The Reader's Digest version - I have a Honda hybrid that needed a new IMA battery. I had called Honda USA to see what the warranty might be; and I spoke with a Honda parts counterperson who gave me the over-the-counter cost of the battery pack. And then I started calling dealerships to see what this was going to really cost me (est up to $3600). I had a list of over a dozen dealers from around the corner to Tucson, but made it to number three and stopped there. The range was from a high at Earnhardt (where I bought the car - fail!) to middling at Arrowhead (where I have had it serviced - fail!). Both service reps said "No goodwill discount" even though I knew that yes, Virginia, there is such a thing as goodwill discount (ask for it!). And then I called Bell and spoke with George Haslerig. (I want to adopt that guy!) He listened, he asked thoughtful questions, he paid attention to my concerns and actually did his JOB for which the staff at Earnhardt and Arrowhead could only hope to come close! At the end of the day the battery pack was replaced for a FRACTION of the amount I was told by the other service reps. George and his service manager Travis Milliner called Honda USA and got me coverage better than I had been hoping for and I can't thank them enough! Did they win a new fan? You betcha, they did! Would I recommend Bell Honda? Without question! Would I - or rather am I, going there for all service on this car? You couldn't pay me to go somewhere else! If I need a new car would I go to Bell Honda? That'd be my first and ONLY stop! The staff were courteous, efficient, and competent. They looked out for MY interests (be honest, it's all about getting the work done well at the right price) where the other dealers reps failed to even get out of the starting gate... More
I had previously seen Bill when I got my oil change. It was supposed to be covered under MPP but I had come in too early So they wouldn't cover. Bill honored my expectation and did not charge me. He also was supposed to be covered under MPP but I had come in too early So they wouldn't cover. Bill honored my expectation and did not charge me. He also provided me recommendations about two services I needed and quoted a price. Another dealership missed doing some of this work at my 30k service. I came back 2 weeks later and had service done.Turns out the price was lower than expected and he found a coupon for me. All of this was done in a very friendly manner. I'm very impressed with him and Bell Honda! More
I purchased my 2006 Honda Pilot from Bell Honda several years ago. I won't say the experience with the finance people was very pleasant, although the salesman was great. What I am impressed with is the S years ago. I won't say the experience with the finance people was very pleasant, although the salesman was great. What I am impressed with is the Service Department. Only Bell Honda Service has touched this vehicle. I have been very satisfied with the work done, whether it be expensive like the 60,000 mile service, or just a routine oil change. My most recent vist was just routine and I had a coupon. My service advisor was George Haserlig. This guy was great. He explained everything to me that needed to be done in addition to the oil change and helped make it more affordable for me by utilizing service coupons that were available. He was personable, professional and informative. I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of because I was a woman bringing in a vehicle. I highly recommend anyone needing servicing of their vehicle to contact George. You won't be disappointed. More
I came into the dealership today because my driver side sun visor has cracked along the top seam and will no longer stay in place. This is dangerous as it limits my visibility when I drive and I have had sun visor has cracked along the top seam and will no longer stay in place. This is dangerous as it limits my visibility when I drive and I have had 2 near accidents due to the limited visibility. According to information I have found online, the Honda Civic has consistently been outfitted with a defective sun visor which cracks along the top seam since 2006. The Cooper v. American Honda Motor Co., Inc., class action lawsuit resulted in Honda acknowledging the defective part and agreeing to replace or reimburse people who paid to replace the defective sun visor. However, I was told today that I would need to pay to replay the visor as I am outside of my manufacturer’s warranty (just under 40K miles). The service specialist I spoke with was not open to discussing the issue and insisted the replacement of the defective sun visor was not the responsibility of the dealership. It appears my civic has the same visor for which Cooper sued Honda and won. It amazes me that Honda would continue to make vehicles with known defective parts and then refuse to replace, at their cost, those defective parts when they fail. More
