Just got my car back today after leaving it overnight for a repair, and its running beautifully like when I purchased the car! A huge thanks to Steve Emery for being absolutely great during the stressfulness of having car troubles in this heat. He even provided me with a rental car since I had to leave it overnight. I will definitely continue to come to Steve at the Bell Honda service department for anything my beauty needs!! More

Service Department My car was there 12 days, paid $1,300 less then a year ago for the check engine light, been there 4 times keeps coming on, asked for a rental was trea My car was there 12 days, paid $1,300 less then a year ago for the check engine light, been there 4 times keeps coming on, asked for a rental was treated like a criminal. Remember you are in a "FREE" rental mam. Excuse me for having my car there for 12 days and you people still can't tell me what's wrong with it. Maybe I would know something if someone wouldn't go longer then 5 days without calling me with an update. Then when I return the "FREE" rental and pick up my care-still with no answers, then next morning the battery is dead...and they try to blame me or my kids saying we left a light on or a door open all night. WOW!!! Even after talking to supervisors and managers you still get xxxx on. My family is no longer customers at Bell Honda after being treated this way. More

Whether it be a simple oil change or a major mechanical repair, you need to be able to trust that your service advisor has you and your car's best interest at heart. I have had a wide spectrum of repairs done on my 11 year old Civic, and Anthony has surpassed all my expectations when it comes to service advisors. I once stopped going to Bell Honda for my car's maintenance due to a bad experience with another service advisor who is no longer there. Thanks to Anthony, I'm happy and very much satisfied to be coming to Bell Honda for all my car's needs once again. Thank you Anthony for always offering great customer service! More

To top it off I have been receiving phone calls DAILY from sale Below is an e-mail that went unanswered by Bell Honda's "Customer Relations" Director. To top it off I have been receiving phone calls DAILY from sales since having this experience and sending this e-mail. "I leased a 2013 Pilot from you early last year and decided to get the oil change I needed done by your service dept. I set an appointment for 3:45 today, July 18th. I pulled into the service bay a tad bit early and was greeted by someone who addressed me by my name (he obviously knew I was coming). He introduced himself as Omar and told me that his sales manager sent him over to talk to me. He mentioned discussing a buy out or possible trade in, I wasn’t too interested but he also brought up being able to take care of the oil change for me by having his appraiser check the car out and drive it back to the service dept. So I thought, ‘there’s no harm in going in and talking to someone while my car is being serviced’. Well an hour later Omar and I couldn’t come to a complete agreement because I didn’t have proof of income (again, I was coming in for an oil change; why would I have paystubs on me?). He hands me back my keys, I get in my car and no service was performed at all. I drove back to the service dept and was greeted by Anthony who was EXTREMELY courteous and helpful; however, it clicked at that moment how horrible of an experience this was and I asked for my keys back. I come in to service my car and support the dealership that has given me excellent service to just be dragged away and have more than an hour of my time wasted to talk about something I wasn’t interested in to begin with. If the oil change was being performed while I was inside I would’ve been okay with it since I wouldn’t have wasted any time. But for me to sit down and talk to a sales person (which I hate doing even when I actually WANT something) and just have my time wasted is not tolerable. This is the 3rd Honda I’ve owned and will never buy any other brand, but this solidified that I’m never buying, leasing, or servicing at Bell Honda again. When I leased my car last year I made it clear to Dustin (sales) and Ray (sales manager) that I actually enjoy this dealership because your sales people don’t treat me like they do at typical dealerships. This experience has classified you as a typical dealership (actually worse) in my book." More

Nice work… nailed it! (Pun intended) I've been bringing my 2008 Honda CR-V to the Bell Honda Service Center for 6 years and have always had decent experiences. In January, I brought it in I've been bringing my 2008 Honda CR-V to the Bell Honda Service Center for 6 years and have always had decent experiences. In January, I brought it in for 4 new tires, where I was greeted by service advisor Bryan Stevens. Bryan approached me with a smile, a friendly introduction, and then proceeded to go through the vehicle with me while not only addressing my car concerns, but getting to know me as a person, too. The service was completed same day, and I left with his business card and a reassurance that he would take care of any other issues should they come up. Last week, as I was driving to a client's office, the rear passenger tire blew out on the highway (an apparent deadly nail attack, RIP tire). When I got out to put the spare on, I had come to realize the wheel locks were not in the vehicle. I grabbed Bryan's business card out of my wallet and gave him a call. I had the car towed right over to Bell Honda where, once again, Bryan took care of everything quickly and efficiently. When I left, he assured me the wheel locks were in the vehicle now and apologized for them not being there before, even though it really was not his fault. He took ownership for a problem with which he had very little to do, and saw it through to the end to make sure everything was correct. His friendly attitude, effective communication, and timeliness are a rarity in general, let alone in the car service industry (no offense, guys). As someone who has worked in customer service based industries for 8+ years, I truly value and appreciate this level of service. Thanks for being rad, Bryan! Keep it up! PS - sorry you're now stuck with me for as long as I own a Honda. ;) More
