Mi experiencia en este lugar fue pésima pues tuve que llevar mi carro 2 o 3 veces porque no se resolvía el problema , lo llevé porque se había roto mi compresor de aire acondicionado y cuando fui a recog llevar mi carro 2 o 3 veces porque no se resolvía el problema , lo llevé porque se había roto mi compresor de aire acondicionado y cuando fui a recogerlo no lo sentía al bien .El señor que me atendió solo quería que yo me llevase el carro pero yo le decía que no que algo estaba mal que no sentía mi aire acondicionado funcionando bien que no enfriaba ni tenía potencia . Después de tanto insistir busco al mecánico y el mecánico delante de mí midió con un aparato el aire acondicionado y dijo que no estaba enfriando bien porque no estaba dentro del parámetro en la prueba que hizo , que podía ser por el clima o por otra pieza del carro . Enseguida el señor asumió que era por el clima que mi carro no enfriaba bien y yo le pedí que por favor revisaran la pieza que decía el mecánico , empezó a buscar en su computadora y me dijo que desafortunadamente mi seguro platinum que yo compré en el Dealer como garantía extendida no cubría el arreglo o remplazo de esa pieza cosa que es totalmente falsa y enseguida pedí hablar con algún manager , la manager que me tocó llego con una actitud que no fue la mejor y me hizo algunas preguntas dudando de lo que yo le decía y después de un rato conversando le dijo al señor que volvieran a revisar mi carro , salió el mecánico dimos una vuelta en mi carro el volvió a decir lo mismo que mi carro no estaba dentro del parámetro . Entonces me convencieron para que me llevase mi carro así y me lo llevé porque no tenía de otra y al otro día de momento mi carro hizo un sonido rarísimo y encendió todos los foquitos del tablero ( cosa que jamás había echo ) y se quedó completamente sin potencia . Tuve que regresarlo al taller otra vez . Hay ellos me dijeron que era la manguera del turbo que estaba suelta y que ellos la apretarían entonces me preguntó yo ? Si me habían revisado el carro 2 o 3 veces como es que no se habían dado cuenta de eso? Si eso a mí nunca me había pasado antes porque presisamente viene a pasarme 1 día después de recoger mi carro en el taller? Porque esa manguera estaba suelta como o porque pudo soltarse así de momento y nadie la vio después de revisar el carro tantas veces ? Mi vida le interesa a estas personas ? Pues a pesar de que yo dije una y mil veces que no sentía mi carro en óptimas condiciones hicieron todo lo posible para que me llevase el carro y mira lo que pasó . I would have given this a higher rating if it wasnt for all of the events that transpired during my service. Initially I started with Ben helping me out. After diagnosing the issues and deciding to have my car workes on, Ben unfortunately had an emergency and left during my car being serviced and I was appointed a new service rep. I guess none of my information was passed down appropriately to him and when I asked him questions he wasnt able to answer most of them. Things I had addressed initially when I first brought my car in were not taken care of and was never addressed to me when I picked my car up. I was also told the repairs would be completed the next day and it ended up being two days later and I had to account for my own means of transportation the following days. I was able to be lyfted back to the dealership on their expense but still didnt make up for the few days I didnt have my car. I noticed I never got a new sticker after my oil change was completed and my sensor said my oil was at 50% I checked the dipstick and it does appear to be at 50% I called back to Ben as I was told he would be back in by then. I asked to be transfered but he wasnt picking up so I left a message with whomever was taking care of me so he could call me back but I had never received a call and its been a week. If I didnt have free oil changes from this dealership when I bought my car I would not be going back there More
I bring my car here and get the coating done. I also always get my oil changed and tires rotated. Come to realized they never rotate my tires. We also were given pictures of items needing replaced, air filter, brake fluid etc. These items were not even pictures of our car engine etc. we will never go back to Bell Honda for any service again! Don’t feel like explanations made a lot of sense. Was recommended to replace ac condenser but ac is still ice cold. Concern was not with temp. Doesn’t make sense as there would still be residual fluid if there was a leak and ac wouldn’t be cold? If you are trying to sell someone a $1k service I believe a simple request for a pic under black light should be granted as I would have had service done and paid same day if this was granted… service advisor was very nice however I don’t feel like needs were met as this was a simple request. Crystal Alvarez is my service advisor and I am 83 and she takes such good care of me and my Civic. I have been having repairs that Honda indicated are needed now and she gives me appointments that are at a takes such good care of me and my Civic. I have been having repairs that Honda indicated are needed now and she gives me appointments that are at a time for me and when a repair is going to be longer than two hours she knows and can tell me so I can get help from a family member to drop off my car and leave it. Two hours is the longest I can sit and wait for a repair and Crystal knows this and is so conscientious about taking good care of me. Her best service is when my car is done. She sits in the driver’s seat and adjusts it for me and then lets me sit down in the seat. But wait there’s more! Crystal will not let me leave until she’s gone back and forth with me sitting and her using the seat adjuster as I can’t do it myself until I am in there just right, not too close nor too far away to reach the pedals. And then we hug it out and say our goodbyes. My angel for sure! More
