I wrote another review on a previous service manager that made my experience in car repairs a nightmare. After dealing with Andrew, it was like night and day. He was very pleasant to work with and took a bad situation and made it better. Overall, I felt like he was honest and dependable. He also had the patience to work with me to mend a very bad situation. Though I do still feel like I paid for a repair that wasn't necessary, I felt like Andrew was on my side and at the end did not have to pay for another repair for the same problem. I still have a bad taste in my mouth, but at least now, I am not irate. More

Codi Avery making my Honda experience great! I've been to other Honda dealerships around the valley, but I choose to come to Bell Honda when my Honda needs service. Getting in for an oil change o I've been to other Honda dealerships around the valley, but I choose to come to Bell Honda when my Honda needs service. Getting in for an oil change or just stopping for a free car wash, you will be in and out to continue the rest of your day with no headache and a happy wallet. I went in for a taillight issue the other day and met with Codi. He worked with the technicians and within 15 minutes my new taillight was installed and ready to go. Highly recommend! More

He is the only service adviser I have met who has taken his own time to explain to me and multiple other customers in detail what is being done to our vehicles and I have faith in what he tells me. I know I will be told what needs to be done today and what can wait till my next service appointment. The bottom line is that I know my family is safe when driving my Honda's. Codi is building a long lasting relationship with me and I will send him any people I know who need a good service advisor. Finally, while you are waiting, Codi is a sports fanatic. Great service again! Bought my car here last summer, everyone was great. Never had such a good experience at a dealership. Yesterday, without warning, it wouldn't start. Towed to dealership and spoke with service advisor Mark. Told him there were a lot of issue's going on in my life and that my mom had just got admitted to hospice. Mark made it a point to put a priority status on my car. He called and kept me updated every step of the way and it had a new fuel pump and was ready to go this morning! Luckily, I had bought the two year service plan, so the tow and the fuel pump, which would have been close to $800, cost $0000. Yup, that's right, NO charge! Thanks Mark for the great service. Also thanks to everyone at Bell Honda, starting from the original salesman. Highly recommend this place! More
Worst Customer Service....!!!! I have been to the Bell Collision centre on 04/11/2017 to get the front bumper of my car fixed, They gave me an estimate and took the car in for getti I have been to the Bell Collision centre on 04/11/2017 to get the front bumper of my car fixed, They gave me an estimate and took the car in for getting it done and the next day(04/11/2017) they brought the car back to my house saying that they could not fix it as they are very busy and have no time to do my car. Is this the kind of professionalism Bell Honda presents. And the person who brought the car just says "I am sorry" and jumped into the car which came to pick him up. Is this the ways Bell Honda treats its customers...???? UN BELIEVABLE.....!!!!! More
Avoid this dealership I was shopping for a 2017 CR-V. I had an telephone quote from Dave, the sales manager. I had questions about the quote plus wanted to purchase the nex I was shopping for a 2017 CR-V. I had an telephone quote from Dave, the sales manager. I had questions about the quote plus wanted to purchase the next higher model and called for a new quote - they sent me an "employee pricing discount" email that was only good for 24hrs. I ran over to check it out but they treated me like any other person off the street. I kept saying where is the employee pricing - the salesman just shook his head and changed the topic. In the end, they give you hope for good pricing but they don't back it up. They say "Honda doesn't discount their vehicles." I asked why they had $1200 worth of dealer adds-ons. They said "everyone wants them so we add them." I let them know I didn't want additional paint protection, door protectors, plastic tray, etc. and I certainly don't want to pay retail for it. The online reviews are accurate - Avoid this dealership! More
