TERRIBLE...UNTRUSTWORTHY DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP...I highly suspect that they switched the tires on the used Accord I purchased. 3-peat A third, effortless sale with Bell Honda! I was definitely not ready to say goodbye to my Civic, but the insurance company had a different agenda! I s A third, effortless sale with Bell Honda! I was definitely not ready to say goodbye to my Civic, but the insurance company had a different agenda! I stopped by Honda on Monday, June 19th to double check that my lease carried GAP. While there I ran into Angel Delgado, who sold my Civic to me. I explained to him what happened and he was extrememly empathetic. I also mentioned to him that I was interested in a new crossover that Toyota JUST came out with because I thought it looked “cool”. Angel then asked me if I ever checked out the Honda HRV. I had no idea what it was all about, but at the time I still had no idea what vehicle I was going to get or when that would even be possible. I got into the LX version and drove around with Donte who was very professional and kind. He did a fabulous job of giving me the low down on the vehicle. I absolutely loved driving it as it made me feel more confident as a driver……………………………..A week and a half and several texts and phone calls later, I went back into Honda and told Angel that I was ready to get the HRV. He was patient with me and my indecisveness and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with what I wanted to do. I eventually decided on my own that I no longer wanted the LX and that I instead wanted to go with the HRV EX and even get an entirely new color than what I initially thought out. Again, Angel was extremely patient and did not pressure me at all. He then took the time to explain all of the additional features that the EX had compared to the LX. Ramses was my finance guy and he was also nothing short of awesome. Angel then even went the extra mile to hand-wash my dirty license plate! Very impressed with this entire process and the team at Bell Honda! More

Awesome experience with my salesman Brent Harris was one of the most honest salesman I've ever dealt with I usually get a new car every 3 years. He always kept us in mind when we said we wanted to wait for something to come on the lot. He is informative, knowledgeable, kind, and a family man. We were excited to find something we liked. Thanks for all your hard work Jason! I have been greeted by Seth Gosch in service twice now and we will be asking for him next time! He is very friendly and sociable. Just saw him yesterday for an oil change and everything went smoothly. He noticed I had 5 chips in my window and he helped me get in touch with Logan from Arrowhead Glass to get it replaced for free (through insurance) while at work. Thanks for helping Seth and Logan! They pursued me through all mode of communication-call, email and text. I have the text trail which were exchanged with Brandon Latour and Aaron. I was very upfront with my offer and asked them if they are okay then only I will come to showroom for the test drive as it's phoenix Az and it was extreme heat weather advisory (121f). Brandon texted me 30min before I was starting and when we reached there we were told that the car was sold out 2 hours back. My friend called to double check and was told by other salesperson that car was still available. Brandon ill treated us and LIED to us by calling us to the showroom. Why to call someone if you don't want to sell them the car. I will never go to Bell Honda or any other Honda dealer. They are unethical and insensitive towards customers. More
BAD Service no customer service experience I went to bell honda on june 17th 2017 because i kept getting calls that they could lower my APR so i went I met Omar who was determined to traid in m I went to bell honda on june 17th 2017 because i kept getting calls that they could lower my APR so i went I met Omar who was determined to traid in my car no matter what it took. he told me i would have no payments for 2 months he said everything on my hrv would be transfered to my new car. than the guy trying to get the sale finalized told me my payments would only go up 15 because i couldnt afford more than that i was struggling with what i had. than the finance person jake did all the paper work and at the end i found out my payment went to 500 and my warrenty on my other vehicle they used that refund as down payment i was told it was going to transger to my new vehicle now i had to purchase a new warrenty my payments went up even more.. than when i was done there omar was rushing me to get everything out of my old vehicle and into my new vehicle. than he say come on lets hurry we need to go to your bank and get a check for 500 jake never mentioned that.. so i dated a check for jun 23rd. than realized that was wrong. i talk to jake on june 19th he said i could come back in and change it to aug 7th. i get there at 6pm and dont see him until 715pm and than informs me we cant change the date the check company told him know i asked him what the 500 was for he said down payment i said but you used my warrenty as dp he said idk. they dont help you all they care about is getting that sale and not how it can hurt someone and being a woman yea. oh my boyfriend had called up and talked to omar who also told him about changing the date was ok and he got pissed at my bf and hung up on him. Omar was in such a hurry to sell that car and get a commission he didnt care about the effects it had on someone else who yes i should have been more diligent in everything but i never ever ahreed to the 500. or my payments goingbto 500 as well. i will never ever ho back to bell honda i will go to peoria honda theyre nicevthere they dont rush you, lie to you, you know excatly what your getting anf for how much. i dont even know how much this car was or my mpg crazy xxxx ..i have to enter the employee and people i worked with but their not listed below so im just picking More
