Worse experience EVER So not only did I have a bad sales experience , seem like my days got worse and much worse , having marital problems (possible separation/divorce ) d So not only did I have a bad sales experience , seem like my days got worse and much worse , having marital problems (possible separation/divorce ) didn’t have the vehicle me and my spouse took delivery on less than 72 hours tried reaching out to the sales person to ask if I can have my spouse removed from the paperwork so I can do it alone or simply not at all they got rude threatened me told me that because I dropped the vehicle off that it was mines that I needed to take it immediate that they would have it towed given I haven’t slept in 12 hours Iam a bit cranky so I got mad . I went to the dealership tried to talk to them (managers ) to no avail I then tried speaking to my sales person he got smart w me then told me to pick up my car then got a attitude and said well u are going to take your car back or we will have it towed to your house and you will pay the tow fees . With that attitude you expect me to now want to do business w you I don’t think so I’ve never been treated w such disrespect at this point it’s about integrity I ask that you take your car back end of story . I got cheated when I purchased cetified vehical I got cheated from bell honda dealer as they gave me certified vehical with bad tires, i just ran vehical for just 5000 miles and in recent servicing I got cheated from bell honda dealer as they gave me certified vehical with bad tires, i just ran vehical for just 5000 miles and in recent servicing you people asking to change tires as it is bad condition. It is really very suprising that person ran just 5000 miles and certified vehicals got damaged. Also overall miles on my vehical is also very low (24000 miles). I am putting comment here so that other people will not get cheated even by paying too much money to purchase certified vehical from bell honda. More

Bought a used vehicle that wound up being a lemon This place is a joke. They pressure you into buying a car at a huge markup, in my case was a used vehicle, I was able to take them down but the vehicl This place is a joke. Almost $4000 worth of engine repair that was not covered under my warranty. But because the vehicle sat for a month before being driven I was unable to return it back to the dealer as a lemon. I've tried calling many times just for acknowledgment and I have yet to receive a returned phone call. Losers More

After 4 hours of the 'run around' and then numbers changing--but the 'bottom line was still the same' (like we wouldn't notice that things had changed)...they FORGED my husband's signature to make it look like we agreed to the new numbers!!!! Disgusting. Save your time and avoid this place at all costs!!! More

He was extremely abrupt with me and quite arrogant. When I addressed his behavior, he apologized and stated that his behavior was due to being extremely busy. His behavior would be unacceptable in any workforce. Because of his rudeness, I chose to go elsewhere for a better service contract and dealt with a customer-friendly employee. Perhaps an anger management class would be helpful. More
