Gave me a gas card to compensate for the horrible experience which of course did not work at the pump. A word to those who have been burned. File a free claim online with the Better Business Bureau. You will get results. More

I wanted I seldom write negative reviews, but this time I have to share my extremely terrible experience when working with the salesmen at Bell Honda. I wanted to give no star if I had the option. I did my own study and decided to buy a 2017 Honda Pilot, EX, AWD, with sensing and requested TrueCar.com to send a quote to several dealers in the valley. Bell Honda was the first who contacted me and they told me they accepted the TrueCar quote. I asked whether they had the specific car model and color I wanted and they said they did and promised to beat any dealers' quotes. Right before I left for the appointment, I called them again and they confirmed they had the specific car I needed. I made very clear that I only needed that specific car, and I was ready to pick it up as they promised to beat the other dealer's quote (or Truecar.com’s quote) that I emailed them ahead of time. I had to hire a nanny to take care of my kid for almost 4 hours and drove 75 minutes to get there, expecting to do some paperwork before picking up the car. However, I was wrong. After spending almost two hours, I did not even have a chance to see the car that I wanted because they did not have the car at all! Instead, they cheated on me and tried to convince me to choose other cars. I was so pissed off about all the stories and lies they were telling. At last, they said they could manage to deliver the car to me the day afterwards (perhaps another lie), but at last they said they could not beat the quotes that I gave them ahead of time. Right before I left, they lied again and said that the car was not available in the valley, but I bought it at another dealer the day afterwards. In short, stay away from this dealer. More

He offered us a deal we were more than pleased with in record timing. Thanks Shawn!!! More

Not treated fairly My girlfriend and I arrived at Bell Honda at approximately 3:30 pm, and we were not greeted by anyone from the Bell Honda Staff. I had emailed Heathe My girlfriend and I arrived at Bell Honda at approximately 3:30 pm, and we were not greeted by anyone from the Bell Honda Staff. I had emailed Heather Donenko at 12:35 pm on December 9th and advised her I would be there in a few hours. I went to the front desk, and they paged her, and she did not come to the lobby. 10 minutes later I had to go back up to the front desk, and they paged her again, and the receptionist stated she would page her manager. Neither one of them came up front to the Lobby. Then 5 minutes later another gentleman came up to me and asked who was I waiting for? Then at that point, Heather came to the front. She took me a desk in the back and said: "I remember you". "You were looking for the 2.0 Accords." She begins to tell me the reasons why I should not buy the vehicle and how she hates that the gearbox is way different than the 2017 Accords, she said you have to push start everything. I told her that Conor had offered me a 1.9 interest rate and that is the reason why I wanted a new car. She said Conor is no longer with the company and the 1.9 interest rate is only available on the 2017 new Honda's. "She said the 2018 model's sell themselves." I told her my current payment is $650.0, she said that's a high payment! Without running numbers, she said my payment is going to increase. I have several concerns with the way I was treated at the dealership today. Number 1 nobody acknowledged me at the dealership when I arrived. Number 2: I find it hard to believe that the 1.9 interest rate is only available on the 2017 new Honda's. Number 3 she was not trying to sell me on any car's. She was selling me the reasons why I should not purchase a vehicle. Please pull the camera's to confirm the validity of my complaint. ECOA needs to be looked into regarding my experience on 12/9/17. I have bought three vehicles from your dealership and I'm not sure why I was treated this way. More

Went in for my basic oil change and found out my rare breaks where starting to go for the first time so he gave my a great coupon that work for my budget so I could get them fixed since I've never had to put breaks on before on this car and sinus ive owned this honda for almost 6yrs. I'm happy. Everyone should keep up on there basic oil changes and your car will go for yrs like mine. Thank you Bryan More

First off, my hubby and I were looking for a truck under 15k Maya said she had found 2 and she would sell one of the 2 for 15k. LIE! We get there (an hour away from home) and end up finding out both trucks are over 20k (AFTER THE TEST DRIVE, of course!). What the heck! I had specifically told her not to waste my time before heading out there, and she does exactly what I told her not to do. Plus she told my hubby on the test drive that she needed to find someone to help her cross her mom across the border illegally. So she asked my hubby for help. WHO THE xxxx TELLS A STRANGER THAT CRAP!!! ANYWAYS, after basically telling her off for lying to my hubby and I, we decided to leave, but the sales consultant Angel Delagado was nice enough to fill up my gas tank and he also helped us get the truck we wanted for around 18k instead of the 22k it was going for. Angel helped us a ton! We really liked him so its a bummer I have to include him in a 1star review but he was VERY AMAZING! NOT LIKE MAYA THE TWO FACE LIAR! Anyways, we end up buying the truck and next day we see that the roof is all rusted and chipped. We took the truck back and they will be repainting it. But, we wanted to return it since theres a 3day return policy with Honda, and they mest not once, but twice. Brandon or however you spell his name kept ignoring the request to return the truck.Please do yourself a favor and DONT COME HERE EVER! YOU WILL REGRET IT! More
