Here is an update...I did not purchase a car and was "set up" with a rental that I ended up being charged $61.64 and in order to obtain my refund I would have to sign a "settlement" for $60.00 with Bell Honda. This is not a settlement, it is money that is owed to me. Bell Honda is the worst kind of dealership and it is very sad they operate in this manner. I am done speaking with Colleen. The right thing to do would be refund me the $61.64.
