We stopped in to Bell Honda and were approached by Camille Volcy and from the beginning to the end he was an exceptional person. He did not try to force us into anything. We were trading in our 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid, and so we were not new to the Honda experience. My husband was weary of a Honda, as he never experience them prior to my aging hybrid. He drove the CRV, and the Civic Touring. He was unsure of whether or not he wanted to get this so we went home to think about it. Camille and Frank, the Sales Manager, were completely understanding and did not try to pressure us at all. Well overnight, Caleb did some more research online, and compared the features to other companies. By morning he was completely sold on the Honda Civic Touring. We went back to the dealership and spoke to Camille and Frank, and bought the 2018 Honda Civic Touring. The last step was to work with Finance. Jake Mueller was great and very helpful. I did not feel any pressure, and was glad we went to Bell Honda. More

Worst Sales Scheme EVER - Bait and SWITCH HONDA shows their gratitude to CUSTOMERS by repeatedly lying, calling so many times it borders on harassment, wasting 5- 6 hours of your time over 2 d HONDA shows their gratitude to CUSTOMERS by repeatedly lying, calling so many times it borders on harassment, wasting 5- 6 hours of your time over 2 days, and unnecessarily running their customers credit. March 2017 - leased a beautiful 2017 Honda Civic Touring. The car is in perfect condition. I lease through Honda – and make all payments automatically & on time. I also take the car to Honda for all services. Two weeks ago – I started receiving calls from Honda in total I received 7-8 phone calls. 3 Voice mails and spoke to 5 sales people on the phone. Each sales person told me this: We reviewed your account and you are paying WAY too much on your lease, but now that you have kept it for 12 months making all payments on time HONDA has a LOYALTY deal we can give you. Long story short they ALL tell me I can get a new car (2018 Civic Touring) for a lower payment, or a new (Accord, CRV or Pilot) for the SAME payment I have now. I was skeptical, but after hearing it from so many people I started to consider it. I asked if there were any penalties or anything I would pay out of pocket for doing this. I was told NO that I would not PAY any money out of pocket, and that HONDA did not care about any wear and tear or how many miles that car has that I would be bringing back. 3/27 I get 2 more calls, I agree to come to the dealership to meet with Axel. I get there and find Jacob who greets me at my car. I ask for Axel, he tells me Axel isn’t working today. I explain I JUST spoke to him and confirmed I was on my way. He then says, oh maybe he is on his way let me go find out. He comes back out says Axel is on his way. I walk around look at a couple of cards…and another “sales manager” comes out introduces his self and say sorry for the confusion, but that Axel isn’t coming in, he promises that Jacob will take care of me. Jacob takes me on a test drive of a 2018 Honda Accord Touring. I tell him this is the car I want, and explain what each of the previously sales people had told me. He tells me he will work with his manager. I explain that I need to leave because I had an appointment but that he can call or text me once he has the numbers. He text me later in the day and says “Frank the desk manager said he can work you a deal on the Accord to be right around the same payment you have now” I confirm with him what my current payment is, he says yes they are very close to that payment. He asked me for the last 4 digits of my SSN so they can access my lease info to verify I’ve made all my payments on time. I give it to him. I get a text from him the next day saying: “just got word we are super close on your lease deal with $0 down…” he says he needs me to bring my car in to get appraised. I call him to confirm what “super close” means, he tells me that they are $20- $30 over what I am paying now, but he expects they can get it down once they factor the equity of my 2017 Civic. I agree to come in the next day. I end up getting ANOTHER call later that evening. I go in to the dealer to get my car appraised, I don’t get Jacob because he is busy with another customer. But they take my car to start the appraisal. WHILE I’m sitting in their lobby I get ANOTHER CALL, telling me the same thing. I explain IM IN THE LOBBY, the guy laughs and says sorry. After they appraise my car they change what they had previously called “equity” to NEGATIVE Equity and explain how returning this lease to lease the Accord would cost me $300 more per month. I say NO. Then the guy asked me why I want to get a new car, I say I didn’t I only came in because so many people had called saying I could actually save money with a lesser lease payment. So he tells me I could KEEP my car and just buy it out. Since I have made all payments on time to Honda, Honda will finance me with a great rate and I would have a lower payment to just own the car, BUT that he has to run my credit to do that. I go back and forth with him and finally agree to allow him to run it. He comes back to me with a payment that is $100 MORE than what I am paying now and on a 72-month loan. Now I have wasted copious amounts of time on the phone with sales people, spent HOURS at a dealership on two different days, and had my credit ran which impacts your script score all for NOTHING. GREAT WAY TO SHOW YOUR CUSTOMER APPRECIATION HONDA!!!! EPIC FAIL! When this lease is up I will turn this car in and buy a Nissan or a Toyota! More

THEY OVERCHARGED ME SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS I purchased a Honda Fit. Yes they tried to up sell me on service Agreements and gap coverage and other things and yes I initially agreed to them BUT t I purchased a Honda Fit. Yes they tried to up sell me on service Agreements and gap coverage and other things and yes I initially agreed to them BUT the VERY NEXT DAY I returned to the dealership and signed paperwork to remove one service agreement and the gap coverage from my contract and the finance manager I dealt with assured me he would adjust the amount financed. I asked him for some writtten verification and he said he couldn’t give it to me but that I could see it on the lender’s website. The problem is I trusted him and took him at his word. NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Life got in the way and I never checked. Now I find that not only did I get charged for a service contract and gap coverage that I never took advantage of nor wanted but I’m out almost $2500 plus the interest I paid on the bigger amount. I know it’s my fault for not checking but customers shouldn’t be lied to either. I can only caution others to be very wary of the finance people who work here and follow up on your end to make sure the numbers add up. I will never ever do business with these people again. I guess he doesn’t understand that purchasing or leasing an automobile from a dealer is a two way street. They basically refused to negotiate. The lease itself appeared to be bait and switch, and the vehicles had too many dealer add-ons. The sales guy couldn’t do anything without his boss, and was totally unprepared to negotiate. I expect a full negotiating session to take five to ten minutes, but I wasted about 45 minutes with these clowns More

I was held hostage for 4 hours there while 5 different sales people tried to talk me into paying a longer loan, not giving me anything for my trade in, hidden fees, I finally was so angry I told the last person either give me my keys and I’m leaving or I’ll sit here in cry out of frustration. So finally he said why yes, we can agree to the terms you originally said you could do. Then, I signed everything after exhaustion and fear I would have to go through this experience again somewhere else and the car I “purchased” was not ready for sale! They set me up with a rental at Enterprise, which were the only professional people I dealt with, and said they would call me the next day when the car was ready. They did not call me the next day, or the day after, I called them and they did not have any information on when the car would be ready and would call me back in the hour. They called me back 2 hours later and said the car would be ready the following day and would call me. 3pm the following day, no call was received so I called and asked for an update and they did not have an update and did not seem like I was a priority at all, Rodrigo said he would call me back with an update. I decided since I never received the car it was in my best interest to just cancel the sale and go elsewhere. I spoke with a manager while I was there returning the rental and he was aware I had a longer than normal sales experience and could not answe as to why I was an “exception “ to this experience in wait time and not having received any sort of communication from anyone on their team. He said he could no longer listen to my complaints because nothing was going to make me happy. Maybe if they called me once over the 3 days to update me or tried to make the sale right in the beginning I would have been a happy customer. No thanks, Angel, Shane, Rodrigo, Brandon and any of you who stood by and allowed me to be treated with such disrespect. More
