Very bad experience If I could have given a negative rating for this dealer. I am a die hard Honda fan. All my cars are Honda. In 2016 I bought a Honda crv from this dealership trading a 2006 Pontiac. I had an excellent experience dealing with the sales manager, she gave me a great deal. Today I again went there to buy a Honda odyssey. The sales person "Mickey" behaved so badly with my husband and me. He made us sit for 2.5 hours in spite of my telling that my 2 year old baby was hungry. Still we waited for the final price. He talked very rudely and did not give us a proper price sheet, not even the value of the trade in. He was not even looking at me when I was talking to him and scribbling something on paper. He was not letting us speak what we wanted. When I said I will complain to customer service he said you can do whatever you want. This is not a service we expect from Honda. And I am very disappointed. More

Great experience I have spent most of my career working in sales and finance and have recently changed careers, so needless to say I was eager and prepared for anythin I have spent most of my career working in sales and finance and have recently changed careers, so needless to say I was eager and prepared for anything and everything they might try lol however I was pleasantly surprised that the whole time everyone at Bell Honda was amazing! My wife and I wanted a specific used vehicle that only Bell Honda had and that’s why I had to forgo my previous dealership group and do business with Bell which at first I was a little hesitant to do. After the sale there was a service issue that was quickly and I mean quickly resolved! I live close to an hour away and Brandon the GM of the store along with Adrian our salesman didn’t hesitate to have the vehicle towed and brought back to me without once asking me to re arrange my schedule. Very positive experience and I would suggest anyone looking for a new or used car to ask for Adrian! More
Only one reason not to go there- You'll get cheated! We had the worst experience purchasing a car with Bell Honda, considering they completely cheated us. My fiancé and I came in to purchase a car for hi We had the worst experience purchasing a car with Bell Honda, considering they completely cheated us. My fiancé and I came in to purchase a car for him, and we decided to buy it under my name because to my credit score showed higher than his. The salesman and his manager offered me 1.9% interest for 72 months, where we clearly saw it on the paper. Then we went to sign the contract, they proceeded to push GAP insurance on us, which we declined due to it’s high cost $100/month. The finance manager then walked in, took the contact away and said he will be back. He returned, stating that he has a better deal, that he will give us GAP for $24/month, with the monthly payment ending in $478, which only sounded good compared to the price with $100 GAP insurance. We gladly accepted this “generous offer,” signed, and left with the car. Only after several months did we realize that the finance manager swapped the contract from 1.9% to 5.5% interest. We were furious! We went back to the dealership & recorded the salesman & sales manager. Both confirmed that I was qualified for 1.9% interest, and in fact they both thought we purchased the car at that rate. When we confronted the finance manager, he stated he wouldn’t have made money off us if he gave us the 1.9%. NEVER, EVER BUY A CAR FROM BELL HONDA!!! More

Everyone, and especially Jason Teel, were very helpful, patient, and took the time to address any questions that we had at the point of sale, and after the sale.
