Best Car Buying Experience We have had the best car buying experience that we have had in years! We recently found a car on this website, we got into contact with Bhan (sorry if We have had the best car buying experience that we have had in years! We recently found a car on this website, we got into contact with Bhan (sorry if we mispelt it). Upon arrival he greeted us, and had the car pulled up for us to look at. He explained all of the features that the car had, his manager also came and introduced himself his name was Conor. When we got back his manager had bottles of water ready for us with this heat, it was a pleasantry to have! There was no surprise with the numbers! This was such a different experience compared to a lot of these dealers out here! We then met Austin in finance and he was fantastic you can tell he loves what he does! We will always come back!!! More

Bell Honda My son and I have been searching for a car for him for quite some time. We recently saw that Bell Honda had exactly what we were looking for. We arrived and were greeted by Christian Dominguez, he was a very nice salesmen. He was not pushy by any means, we showed him what car we were looking for. He went to go pull it up for us, as he went to pull it up for us, we were greeted by his manager Connor, most of the dealerships that we went to I could tell they were not listening to our needs or wants, Connor made sure he understood all of our wants and needs and he was listening to what we wanted. Christian then showed us the car as we arrived back he showed us the numbers there was no surprises. We then got to Ring the Bell! We went to the finance office and were greeted by Angel. Angel was able to really help us understand our coverage offers! This was a awesome experience, I have already referred 3 family members to bell Honda More

Will never go anywhere else This was our first car purchase, we met a gentlemen named Bhan, who assisted us in finding a lightly used Honda Civic. We got the numbers which tends to scare us, but his manager Conor made the experience very simple and he was down to earth and easy going. Lied to about buying a reliable and dependable car Never again will I buy from Bell Honda. Bought a used mini van from them in April of 2018, by January 2019 I had full transmission failure at 65000 mi Never again will I buy from Bell Honda. Bought a used mini van from them in April of 2018, by January 2019 I had full transmission failure at 65000 miles. Because I bought it used from them, there was nothing they would do to help, received a call from someone after submitting a email for them to contact me. Never got a call back. Worst customer service and worst piece of crap van I have ever bought. $5000 to fix less than a year after buying it. More

Ripped Off, and Scammed at the Service Department I had a leak from my 2001 Honda Accord. I had my transmission rebuilt about two weeks prior to this leak. Bell Honda did not replace the transmission I had a leak from my 2001 Honda Accord. I had my transmission rebuilt about two weeks prior to this leak. Bell Honda did not replace the transmission. I started first and took my car back to the transmission garage. He check it out said "not the transmission that I had a leak at the drain plug." I then ran down to Bell Honda and worked with Steve Emery. I told him what the other mechanic stated it was the drain pan plug only. He took the car back to inspect, came out and told me I needed to replace my left axel @ $308.50. The leak was $517.44 . Again which I already paid for the same leak on 10/21/18, which was nine months earlier, and cost me $517.44 who ever repaired the leak the first time stripped the screw. Again only 1,081 miles. Replace drive belts $70.00. Replace timing belt $829.91. Came out of Bell Honda with a bill of $1,820.47, prior to that 9 months earlier came out of Bell Honda with a bill for $1,421.41, I can go on and on. I came home and got my previous invoices out and discovered I had my timing belt replace 17,344 miles ago. NO one gets a timing belt replaced after 17,344 miles I checked my manual that came with the car stated 105,000 miles or 84 months (7 years) or if you live in extremely hot conditions it's 60,000. It says nothing about getting a new timing belt at 17,344 miles. I am 73 year old women that really got RIPPED-OFF. Every time I took my car in for an oil change I came out with huge bills. Over 1,00.00 each time. Be careful of the "Complete Courtesy Multi Point Inspection" This happened to me over and over again. I trusted him. What a fool I was. I definitely will NEVER go to that garage again! More
