Thanks to Renee and Angel I had no idea or plan to replace my 2019 HRV with a newer 2019 step above HRV but that is how comfortable Renee was to work with. She is very knowledge about the car and especially the tech side and phone connectivity. I left far more informed and at ease with this purchase this time even though my payment went up. This HRV is much more cushy than the first one and I can really be hands free. I was dreading the finance office as a result of my first experience and that was wasted energy. Angel was a nice blend of engaging, light hearted, competent and focused on getting me home asap. Thank you to both. More

Decided to give Bell Honda a go because we really did want a Honda CRV. Was very excited to find the car we wanted and we told Renee what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend and no more. She came back with a deal and we rejected it and told her we either work with our means of affordability or we would walk and she came back with the deal we wanted. She was an excellent salesperson and we were so happy to drive home with our Honda CRV. Had an issue to work out and called Renee and she took care of it with no problem and we were real pleased with her prompt response and resolving the issue quickly.When I went in about our issue she was excited to see me and didn't make me feel like she had to help me. She is very friendly and upbeat. Wish more businesses had employees like her. Looking forward to working another deal in the future. Great employee you have there Bell Honda. More

Wouldn't not own up for what they did sold me a car with a filthy air filter and I had a coolant leak a week and a half later that they stuck me with the bill and I'm out 1000 after returning my warranties and paying dealer fees because you have to bring your car in to see if your warranty covers it. The warranty I bought covers everything I was told. More
