Never bring your car for service here! !! MEDIOCRE customer service is all I experienced at best. I brought my car in yesterday because the AC was blowing warm air. My service advisor was A !! MEDIOCRE customer service is all I experienced at best. I brought my car in yesterday because the AC was blowing warm air. My service advisor was Alexis Alfaro. I was told I would be responsible for any external damage, and my MPP extended warranty would cover internal damage. The total was $2600, and I was responsible for $870, which is fine - no complaints there. Since my car would be staying overnight, I asked for a loaner car. Alexis advised me that they do not have loaner cars but can provide me a Lyft. My sister was nearby, so I waited for a ride from her. Fast forward to today, I called Alexis to ask for a Lyft there. He told me they only cover $15, and the Lyft from Buckeye, where I live, is $47, so I would be responsible for the difference. This is where I became upset. I told him I would catch a ride from someone instead. Once I arrived, I asked Alexis if I could take my car to any Honda since this one is really far from me. He said, 'Yes.' I told him that it's really messed up that Honda could happily take $2600 from me but cannot pay for a $40 Lyft for me. He responded with a snarky comment and said, 'You're not paying $2600, you're paying $870.' I told him that I was paying $870 out of pocket, but the company is making $2600 if not more from this entire trip. I'm still paying for my MPP every month. Alexis then told me, 'Sorry, that's policy. If you didn't pay the $40 Lyft, it would have come out of my paycheck!' I was mind-blown. What a ridiculous thing to say! Bell Honda does not care about making their customers happy. All they care about is taking people's money. Alexis seems like he is there to collect a paycheck and go home. He does not even care about keeping customers. I'm never coming back here again and recommend no one else does. You'll get better customer service from McDonalds! More
I bought my car from Bell Honda and loved it, but I had a bad experience at Bell Honda Service Center. First, the services they charge are super overpriced. I had a coupon, and I had to remind the person hel bad experience at Bell Honda Service Center. First, the services they charge are super overpriced. I had a coupon, and I had to remind the person helping me, Daisy, three times to add it on before she finally did. Additionally, I was told they would order me a Lyft and call me once it was here, and I waited about 40 minutes at their center before I realized they probably never called it in the first place. Daisy did forget to order it, and I did have to wait another 20 minutes before the Lyft got there. She was very apologetic about it though, which I appreciated. I did remember while in the Lyft that I had to get my home keys off of my keychain that I gave to Daisy, so I had to go back. I talked to the desk in the service center because Daisy was with another customer. They were very unhelpful and said we would just have to wait for Daisy to get them from the tech she gave them to, and they made no effort to talk to someone to find my keys, even though the Lyft was waiting and I am a paying customer. Luckily, Daisy was done soon and she got them for me, but it was very off putting that they had my keys and supposedly only one person could find them. Anyways, they found a lot wrong with my vehicle during the inspection even though I maintain it pretty well, and in total wanted $1500 for repairs plus $1300 (!) for new tires. I decided to get a second opinion. The next service center I went to not only found that my headlights and license plate lights were out, which Bell Honda should have found but didn’t, they also found only some of the same issues Bell Honda did. Bell Honda wanted $64 to replace my air filter, the new place did it for $10. They wanted $350 to replace my hoses and perform coolant fluid exchange whereas the new place could do it for $100. They wanted $750 to replace my compliance bushings but the new place said it was just barely showing signs of wear and tear and did not need replacement. The other service place also didn’t find anything wrong with my alignment, which I agree with as I have not noticed anything off, but Bell Honda supposedly did find something wrong and wanted to charge me for it. Bell Honda also wanted $1300 for tires which is pretty outrageous. Additionally, Bell Honda said they would put my good tires on the front but didn’t, as the new service center told me they had to do it themselves. Honestly, I wouldn’t waste your time or money. There are places with better staff and cheaper rates. This place only seems to give you attention when they want your money and provide terrible service otherwise. More
Terrible experience - tried to purchase a used car. I asked about the price and they increased the price from the advertised price! I pointed it out and they indicated it was the add on for the work they had done to prep the car. They admitted that they have to advertise a low price to compete with "Craigslist and online sellers" so they offer the low price online. Buyers beware! More

My recent interaction with Bell Honda left a bitter taste, unveiling a practice that disappointingly falls under the banner of bait-and-switch advertising. Initially drawn in by enticing online offers taste, unveiling a practice that disappointingly falls under the banner of bait-and-switch advertising. Initially drawn in by enticing online offers for used vehicles, my experience took an unfortunate turn when I discovered that the cars promoted were unavailable upon inquiry. Despite the acknowledgment of the issue by the General Sales Manager and assurances of corrective action from the Internet Sales Manager, the problem persisted. I was continuously approached with offers for test drives and unavailable vehicles, perpetuating the frustrating cycle of false advertising. This behavior not only violates basic consumer trust but also contradicts recent regulations like the FTC's CARS Rule which is to be implemented in July to combat such deceptive tactics in the automotive industry. The promise of unrealistically low prices on vehicles that aren't even available appears to be a deliberate strategy to lure potential buyers, only to divert their attention to other offerings upon arrival. Such practices undermine confidence in dealership integrity and disregard the principles of fair and transparent transactions. With the looming implementation of regulations to curb such misleading tactics, it's disheartening to witness a dealership like Bell Honda failing to rectify these issues promptly. As a consumer seeking honesty and integrity in automotive transactions, Bell Honda's persistent engagement in bait-and-switch tactics raises serious concerns. Prospective buyers should proceed cautiously when considering dealings with Bell Honda, especially with the recent regulatory changes aimed at curbing such misleading practices. More
I purchased Nissan Altima SV 2018 model on Oct 23rd, 2023 from Jalal Ahmadzai (AJ) as a Salesperson. While taking the delivery of the car there was only one key of the car handed over to me however Jalal Ahm from Jalal Ahmadzai (AJ) as a Salesperson. While taking the delivery of the car there was only one key of the car handed over to me however Jalal Ahmadzai (AJ) gave me a written commitment that he would be handling over the second key to me within the week of my purchase. It has more than 2 months now and still I haven't received my second set of keys. I would have called AJ multiple times in past 2 months but he never answered my call and also never called back. I tried to call dealership to get connected to AJ but no one in the dealership as well tried to help me. Also while taking the delivery, I was handed over the car with empty fuel tank, again this was against the commitment done to deliver the car with full fuel tank. Having dealt with many other car delaership across the valley I have never faced such issue. This is heights of unprofessionalism, ignoring customer concerns and not honoring the commitments that too from a brand like Honda. I would never like to do business again with Bell Honda and also advice everyone to stay away from such fraudulent set of people who ignore the customers and not honor their own commitments. If there was a negative star for reviews I would have given that as well here. More
