Based on our records, our service team reviewed the concern with you in person, identified a torn engine mount contributing to the noise, and presented both OEM and aftermarket repair options with pricing, including a discounted labor rate. An aftermarket repair option was selected and the necessary part was ordered. We were later informed that you were unable to return as scheduled and have not yet followed up since that time.
