From the very moment Rich approached us, it was like we were family. He only cared that my daughter was happy and wanted her to feel just right with her choice. My daughter was like a kid at Disneyland for the first time. He and his manager went to many lengths to make it happen, including arguing with the big boys in the glass bubble. The car wasn't even for sale yet! They had it through inspections and detailed all in less than a week. I can't thank them enough for putting up with us, we are a tough crowd to please.
