Ok... just to start.. Tyler was great. He was the sales guy and was super friendly and seemed like an actual human being. (he has only been there 2 months, so Bell Honda did not corrupt him yet) Hopefully guy and was super friendly and seemed like an actual human being. My wife and I get calls from this dealership almost weekly about trading in our 2006 honda civic that we bought there in 2010. When we told them straight out our financial situation, they said they would try and work with us, After test driving a car we liked, they tried to make the numbers work but it wasnt going to happen. William had claimed he talked with the bank, but he had only left the desk for a moment...no way he could have called ANYONE that quick. We have been Honda customers since 2003 and have good standing with them but were unable to get a car due to what William said "we really let ourselves go down with honda finance." I told him we had not made this months payment yet due to us coming in to see if we could trade in the car for a new vehicle. He then quickly responded with a "I guess this isnt going to work, id just stick with the car you have" and quickly ushered us to the door. THIS all happened after our previous terrible experience back in 2010.... We were told that they found us an AUTOMATIC 2001 civic that we had wanted but it was raining so hard(streets flooded) that we couldn't test drive it. We were out of time, and they assured us it was the car we wanted. We went ahead and signed the paperwork with the understanding that if we had any issues they would help us out. When we took delivery of the car, it was a stick.... neither of us can drive a stick so we took it home for a day or so and were told if we could not do it, we could return it for our money back. We returned the car and were then told NO we could not get a refund, but we could use the money paid towards a down payment but we could not have a refund as they had said. We decided to get into another car, and once again were told more lies...free oil changes, car washes and a $150 check from the finance guy for us taking his extended warranty. We called a week or so later and since we got none of this in writing... they werent going to give us any of it and that the guy who promised us the $150 had been fired for offering stuff that he wasnt allowed to. Shame on us for actually believing a guy working customer service at a so-called reputable business. Why we went back I have no idea....but we wont make that mistake again! More

Gary was very thorough showing us the new 2013 Honda, wonderful to work with, very professional and he even called me a few times after the sale to make sure everything was going well and that we were st wonderful to work with, very professional and he even called me a few times after the sale to make sure everything was going well and that we were still happy with our purchase. My husband and I completed preliminary inquiries on-line prior to heading to the dealership. We appreciated Jesse's "less-pressure" tactics and felt he was really trying to provide us with the information prior to heading to the dealership. We appreciated Jesse's "less-pressure" tactics and felt he was really trying to provide us with the information that we needed to make the best decision for our family and not just to make a sale. We definitely thought this was the best car buying experience we had ever had because we were provided lots of information regarding our options and allowed to ultimately determine what we wanted without feeling pressured. There wasn't a person that we encountered at the dealership, whether we were just walking by them or they were directly assisting us, that wasn't kind and helpful. We would most definitely recommend Jesse and Bell Honda! More
I will preface my review by saying that this was my first car buying experience and as a young professional woman, I was a bit out of my element. I went to three Valley Honda dealerships and was so frustrat car buying experience and as a young professional woman, I was a bit out of my element. I went to three Valley Honda dealerships and was so frustrated each time except for my trip to Bell Honda where I met with Dave. He didn't talk over me, he listened to me and learned very quickly what my "must have's" were and what was a low priority. I felt very at ease with Dave, whereas at other dealerships it was high pressure from the moment you entered the dealership to the moment you left. Dave and I walked around the lot, he let me look in and all around the car and waited patiently as I looked at my choices. Dave won my business and I will continue to recommend him to my friends and family. More
